Chapter 6

Across the space from where Stanley stood a moment back, an Arabian Pirate girl with hair as dark as the night watched through the some spyglass. Beside her was a tamed tiger. This is strange, yes, -but the tiger was a symbol of power and royalty to her family. She stood looking out into the fog opposite where Stanley stood.
She had one of her hands stroking the tiger's mane while the other against the side of the ship. A young man was peering out at the sea through a spyglass on the opposite side of the ship. And in silence that filled the deck, the girl whistled without turning her head.
The young man who was most probably holding a significant position in the control of the ship, started over beside her. A drizzle began. She glanced up into the grey sky quickly and then back down straight!
She was young and indeed so beautiful that princes of the world would wage war to have such one as her for a queen. She stood with her smooth round feature made visible by the wetness of her thin attire and never at all did she mind the increasing rain. This wetness made her breasts protrude in an ant-hill-like shape from her white waist shirt. She also wore some Arabic grey pair of trousers.
Behind her was a string of shirtless body painted men with Persian blades, some blunt and rusted. Meanwhile, the ships mechanical parts turned within the ribs and at the helm. Some men positioned the ship's canoons out from the target windows and fixed them with gunpowder and lastly waiting for commands. However, she wasn't the one to give the next commands.
She took the spyglass and peered out into the fog. She saw a young man with the Black Project's Sea patrol commanding badge staring out towards their direction. And she looked to be convinced as though she had expected this. She was right! The kind of satisfaction one wears after winning an argument.

The sky struck with lightening and a heavy rumble followed. Then it started to drizzle. She lowered the spyglass and a young man almost her very age took it back. She nodded once and immediately the young man raised an arm towards the wheel of the ship. Whoever was on the ship's wheel immediately stopped!
A little bell rug. Several men worked to ensure the ship came to a pause tightening ropes while the sound of the little bell sent a completely different signal. And immediately the rowing boats mechanically started lowering.
They did all this in total silence. Nevertheless, as they did, she heard flapping on the opposite side of the ship. Her ears perked up to the sound! And before anyone knew what, her father's kite flapped out of the fog, into an arc around the main mast and down almost deck level in a very tactical swoop! It carried some sort of brown envelope between its claws and swooped right through the crew's busy legs gliding without interfering.

The Kite left three days ago. And it always carried letters back and forth. But the letters it carried, she had no idea what they were for why and for whom were they written. All she knew was that the Grand pirate was communicating with someone important but who wasn't her business.
Smarya saw it disappear down through the lower deck's exit just when she too was supposed to return down there to report about what she has just seen.
The Arabian girl finally turned majestically walked quickly towards the lower deck's door without a single word to anyone.

Meanwhile, today was the seventh day ever since Stanley met Captain Horrace whom he would work with on this mission.
The mission was classified and a double trap of some sort. First of all, he was required to trek the fog to a certain depth until he managed to lure his prey out from the depths of the fog into the trap. His patience was paramount because he has desired to see the famous pirate face to face. Many sailor told their tales monstering the pirates' captain, his crew and ship beyond the usual. Others claimed he and his crew were no longer human but a team of undead seamen cursed to sail the seas until their captain got his revenge.

The difference with him is he never believed any of these stories because he dreamed he would captain a ship out here one day to see for himself.
The day came. Moreover, here he was but nothing yet!
The moon glowed grey somewhere overhead the cloud like fog. The sky appeared dull grey in the moon's sliver light with not a single visible star.
