Servant: Ma'am, aapka juice.
(A young girl dressed in a white sports bra and white jeggings, was holding a plank position. She was covered in sweat, and was out of breath.)
(She stands up, and heads for her towel.)
Girl: Haan wahan rakh do. Maa kahan hain?
Servant: Ma'am apne room mein hongi.
(Just then, an older woman dressed in a green sari walks in.)
Older lady: Maya, kitna exercise karogi? Juice pee ke nahane jao. College nahin jaana kya? And Raju, go get breakfast ready.
(Servant leaves to go get breakfast ready.)
Maya: Yes mom, I'll go now. Aap zyaada tension na lo. Waise Mrs. Sarita Malhotra, aapne aaj kuch khaaya? Waqt pe dawai li?
Sarita: Maya! Kitni baar bola hain maa ko uske naam se nahin bulaate.
Maya: Uf-oh maa. Acha sorry. Ab batao.
Sarita: Nahin li, aaj mera vrat hain.
Maya: Phir vrat? Kitne vrat rakhti ho maa? Kya hota hain itne vrat rakh ke.
Sarita: Yeh sab chodo, and go and get ready.
(Change of Scene)
(An older aged woman comes into a room where a dashing young boy was sleeping peacefully, but shirtless.)
Older aged woman: Yeh nahin sudhrega. Isiki wajah se iske papa phir mujhe daantenge.
(An older aged man calls out to the woman)
Older aged man: Kyun Kavita? Uthe tere laad sahab?
Kavita: Premji, aap tension na lein. He will get up right away.
Prem: Yeah, let's see.
Kavita: Abir, beta utho. Bahut der ho gayi hain. Tere papa already breakfast table pe aa gaye hain. Tere baare mein pooch rahe hain. (She shakes her son, trying to wake him up.)
Abir: What mom? Iss ghar mein toh sone ko bhi nahin milta. (He sits up, and rubs his eyes.)
Kavita: Chal jaldi se naha dho ke tayaar ho jaa. I will go get your breakfast ready.
(Abir gets out of bed, and heads to the shower.)
(Change of Scene)
(A young girl wearing a red scarf, black kurti, and blue jeans, comes out of the kitchen holding hot aloo ke paranthe.)
Girl: Come on everyone. Breakfast is ready. Sab aa ke garma garam aloo ke paranthe kha lo.
(Everyone makes their way to the dining table.)
Girl: Swara, yeh teri green tea. Papa, aapki chai. Aur Bunty, tera choclate milk. Pura khatam ho jaana chahiye.
Swara: Ragini Di, sabke alag alag choices mein aap khud ki coffee banana bhool gayi na? (She says as she gets up to go into the kitchen to make coffee for Ragini.)
Ragini: Arrey, don't worry. I can have coffee at the university. Waise bhi bahut late ho rahi hoon. You sit and have your breakfast peacefully. Sab thanda ho jaayega. (She holds both of Swara's shoulders, and forcefully makes her sit.)
Swara: Papa? (She looks over to her dad for help.)
Ragini: Mr. Rajeev Gadodia, aap kuch na hi bolein toh hi behetar hain.
Rajeev: Yeh bilkul apni maa ki tarha hain. Jab woh thi, tab woh bhi aisa hi karti thi.
Ragini: Exactly. So chup chaap finish your breakfast.
(Everyone laughs, and heads back to their breakfast. Ragini then finishes her aloo ka paratha, and then runs out the door to get to college on time.)
(Change of Scene)
(A young boy has a band on his head and wrist. He is wearing a white short sleeve t-shirt, and white shorts. His sneakers are white as well. He runs up and down the court with his tennis racket in hand. Just as he scores his last point, and wins the game, his phone rings. He goes to pick up his phone.)
Boy: Haan maa? Kya hua?
Younger girl: Match kaun jeeta?
Boy: Aur kaun?
Younger girl: Tum!
Boy: Yup!
Younger girl: Manik Bhai iss baar toh party de do. I ask every day, but kabhie nahin dete.
Manik: Har roz jeetta hoon na isiliye. Har roz kya party doon?
Younger girl: Please bhai?
Manik: Acha, chal, Avni. Tere liye there will be a party tonight.
Avni: Yay!
Manik: Waise, you called for this?
Avni: Oh, oops, no. Come home soon, Mom is waiting for you.
Manik: Ok, tell her I'm on my way. (He ends the call laughing, and shaking his head. He then gathers his stuff, handshakes his opponent, and then heads home.)
(Change of Scene)
Four different personalities come together from the college's main gate. All are dressed casually, and enter the university carrying a huge smile on their face.
Manik: Here we come.
Maya: After 2 months of vacation, we are back again.
Abir: I missed this place so much.
Ragini: I missed you all as well.
(Ragini side hugs Maya)
Maya: I missed you too!
Manik: Aur humme?
Abir: Rehne de. Hum thodi na kuch lagte hain inke.
Manik: Haan yaar, sahi keh raha hain tu.
(ManBir acts upset.)
Ragini: Maine kiya na tumhe miss, lekin sirf Abir ko.
(Ragini hugs Abir.)
Maya: Aur maine bhi kiya miss lekin sirf Manik ko.
(Maya hugs Manik.)
ManBir: Very funny.
(Ragini and Maya laugh.)
Ragini: Chalo chalo, phele hi din classes ke liye late nahin hona. So shall we go to our classes?
Abir: Kya tu bhi Ragini. Aakhri saal hain yeh humara, aur tujhe ab bhi classes ki padi hain? Thoda chill kartey hain na?
Maya: No way Abir. Aakhri saal hain toh kya? Discipline is discipline. Plus, yeh toh humari education ki baat hain. Chup chap chalo class mein.
Manik: Haan bro, last year hain toh this is important. Aur waise bhi phele hi din bunk karna is not good.
Ragini: Exactly Mr.Rajvansh. Ab chalein?
(All four of them leave for their classes separately because they all are in different departments.)
