Chapter 13~The Battle

~Author's POV~

William, Chris, Slyvia, and their followers were ready to battle as they cross the river. Meanwhile, Sammy was fighting with Gabriel, Jeremy, Susie, Fritz, and Cassidy. "I'll show you who's boss!" yelled Sammy as he kicked and wrestle them with his hands and fists. "Sammy, what are you doing?" asked Henry. They stop wrestling and Sammy got up. "Actually, Dad, there's something I had to tell you..." said Sammy. "What?" asked Henry. "She's gone," replied Sammy. "Charlie's gone?!" growled Henry. Then Shawn(Gabriel's dad)came and yelled "Henry, William, and his followers were here!" "You know what that means!" growled Henry. Both sides met at an open-wide mountain. 'Last chance, William, go home." growled Henry. "I am already home." chuckled William. "Attack!" yelled William. Then both sides start attacking each other. "Go for the eye!"

Meanwhile, Charlie and Elizabeth are running to the mountainside to stop both sides. "Where's your pretty sister, Samuel?" asked Chris in an evil chuckle. "Chris!" growled Sammy as they both attacking each other. More of William's followers stab Henry with pocket knives. "Henry, you're mine!" chuckled William. Everyone stopped because William and Henry are going to do the final battle. As they're about to slash each other, Elizabeth and Charlie growled and stood in the front of their dads. "Charlie?!" said Henry in a shock. "Elizabeth, move!" growled William. "I won't let you hurt Charlie or Henry, not when I around!" growled back Elizabeth. "Stand aside," growled Henry. "A wise leader once told me that we're one, I don't understand it, but now I do," said Charlie.  "But, they-"

"Them, they are us, what differences do you see?"

Henry suddenly felt proud of his daughter.

"Chris-" growled William.

"No, father," said Chris as he and Slyvia went on Henry's side. "Enough," said Chris. "If you don't fight, then you'll die as well." chucked William. His followers looked disgusted and went on to Henry's side. "Let it go, William, it's time to put the past behind us," said Henry. "I'll never let it go!" yelled William. Then the river shifted. "This is for you, Clara..."

William ran to pounce on Henry, but Charlie put on her metal claws and attack William causing them to fall from the cliff. Unfortunately, William was near the edge of the cliff. "William, take my hand." pleaded Charlie as she pulled out her hand, but William's metal claws made him fell in the river, killing him from the flood.
