In my opinion, I think that only the Sans Au's ( including Blue aka Underswap Sans) should be able to turn into Blasters. Because I don't like seeing the cinnamon roll Papyrus(including Underswap Papyrus) suffer like that. But the art is amazing when people draw both of them as Blasters.
