It was 12 in the afternoon and everybody was scattered around the place. Guests waited in the large venue, the bride & the bridesmaids were in a separate room, and the groom & the groomsmen were in another.
Today was the day that Sydnee & Key would be committed on a different level and they could not wait.
"I remember when you were just a newborn. Always laughing and smiling about something" Shonda said fixing a piece of Sydnee's hair.
"Ma.." Sydnee chuckled.
"Now look at you, grown and about to be married. I'm so proud of you and your success, I really am" she said and Sydnee smiled hugging her mother.
"Thank you" Sydnee said.
"I can't believe you finna get married, with yo ugly ass" Tori said and Sydnee laughed flicking her off.
"Girl fuck you, ain't yo li pastor boyfriend out there?" Sydnee said and Tori nodded proudly full of confidence.
"That he is. He's so sweet and he was very excited to finally meet all of you" Tori said pointing to everybody in the room.
"If you like it, we have no room to judge" Kia said and Tori smiled.
"Yeah, he's really a nice guy y'all gone like him" Malia said then Tori smiled.
"I'm so nervous, all these people finna watch me walk down this aisle, i'm not ready" Sydnee said fanning herself.
"Don't sweat yourself out, get this damn fan" Drea said handing her a mini fan that you can hold.
"Where in the flying fuck did you get that from" Sariah said and Drea laughed.
"Cause I knew she was gone sweat in this hot ass room" Drea said and Sydnee smiled at how thoughtful she was.
"Whew boy, them kids is working my nerves" Nene said walking in the room with her dress on.
"Who they with now?" Tori asked.
"Miss Joyce, I wanted to come see Sydnee for a li minute— the dress is so beautiful omg you look so pretty" Nene said wiping her tears.
"Jania do not make me cry and mess up my makeup. You know how I get" Sydnee said and Jania shook her head trying to avoid messing up her makeup.
"I'm sorry, you just look so freaking pretty. You finna snap necks when you walk down there" Nene said and Sydnee smiled.
"Thank you" Sydnee said kissing her cheek.
"All of my bridesmaids and my maid of honor" Sydnee said looking at the girls then at Tori. "Look beautiful and i'm so happy and grateful that you were able to attend this day with me" Sydnee said and everybody cooed joining into a big hug.
"Son how you feeling?" Juice asked Key as he sat down smiling at nothing in particular.
"Mane I feel great. I'm finna marry the girl of my dreams" Key said and Boomer laughed.
"Rod wave headass" Boomer mumbled laughing to himself.
"Nigga you stupid" Sean said laughing at Boomer and they started laughing together.
"Shit this damn suit tight" Miko said fixing it and Juice mugged him.
"You been complaining since you got in this mafucka" Juice said and Miko turned around giving him a look.
"Nigga shut the hell up— they ain't got no damn ac?" Miko said fanning himself.
"Aw hell nah, get out" Boomer said and they all went into a laughter.
