~~~~~~~~~~~~TW: Panic Attacks
Waking up, Jennie struggled to get out of bed. Her heart was beating at a rapid pace and sweat started to drip down her forehead. Her stomach started to churn with pain as she felt like she would throw up any minute. She struggled to breath as tears started to stream down her face.
She was able to crawl out of bed held on to the nightstand. She clutched her chest trying to make the recurring pain stop. Her legs started to shake and she couldn't even walk. Sobs escaped her mouth as she fell to the floor.
She curled up in a ball and tried to reach for her phone but she couldn't see due to the blurry vision that her teasers had caused. Once her breathing started to calm down she tried to drag herself to the bathroom and turned the shower on.
Her heart beat started to go back to normal as she closed her eyes and listened to the water. She ran her hands through her hair and slowly stood up. She splashed some water in her face before turning the shower off and going to get her phone.
Dialing Lisa's number, she rested her head on the headboard of her bed. The phone rang three times before she picked up. "Hello?", the younger asked. She heard Jennie's sniffles as she struggled to speak. "I-I had another panic attack..".
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Lisa made it over to Jennie's house rather quickly and knocked on the door. Jennie dragged herself out of her room and made her way downstairs. Her eyes had dark bags around them and her hair was a mess. She was slouching over and looked exhausted.
She unlocked the door and let Lisa in. Lisa immediately attacked Jennie with a hug and bombarded her with questions. Although it was clear Jennie wasn't in the right state to answer any of them. Finally, Lisa stopped talking and let out a deep sigh, taking Jennie in her arms.
"You shouldn't be working on that new mini album if your mental health isn't in the best place right now. You should talk to Woo-Jong, ask him if you guys can halt your promotions.", she suggested. Jennie shook her head, disagreeing with the idea. "Woo-Jong is so set on keeping me working, he wouldn't give me a break.", she said.
"If you explained to him maybe he'd give you time off.", Lisa tried to assure Jennie. She didn't get a response. She looked down to see Jennie fast asleep in her arms. She gave a slight smile and fell asleep as well.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~440 WORDS
Omg I'm so sorry for the wait. And I'm also sorry that this chapter is so short but I wanted to focus a bit more on Jennie's mental health issues and this is kinda like a filler chapter to look more into that. I'll be updating torn apart right now!
