Serves 4. Prep time: 20 mins. Cooking time: 20 mins. A note: I made this pizza from scratch. It was very therapeutic to follow a written recipe on a page. This is what your pizza should look like. I have an obsessive compulsion disorder plus severe anxiety disorder and need everything to be neat and tidy or else I freak out. Even the food I make had to be cooked perfectly or else I'm not satisfied with the food part.
Ingredients: 2 half Cups of Flour, 1 Teaspoon of Salt, 1 Teaspoon of sugar, 1 Tablespoon of fast rise yeast, 1 Cup of Water, and 1 Tablespoon of Oil.
Toppings: 1/4 Cup of Tomato Sauce, 1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasonings, 1 half Teaspoons of Garlic Powder, 1 half Teaspoon of Salt, 1 eighth Teaspoons of Black Pepper, 1 half Cups of Pepperoni Slices, and 1 half Cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
Mix 1 Cup water and I tablespoon of oil; add flour to mixture.
After mixing, kneed dough for 2 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, mixing the dough in the grease.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
Place dough onto a greased pizza pan.
Pat into a circle.
Toppings: Mix topping of your choice and spread over crust.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Put the rest of the pepperoni on.
Repeat the cheese layer.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until light brown.
Wait 5 minutes to cool.
Cut Pizza into 8 slices.
