A full out fight broke out in front of me.

I am not scared but my ears are ringing from all the noise they are making.

The sword on a dagger, the spreading ice, the blood.

The smell is so sweet it is very tempting but I keep my focus on the pain in my ears. I can feel warm liquid flowing down my ears.

I am a one year old so these emotions are intensified and tears are flowing down my face as my hand touches the liquid flowing from my ears and shakily comes into my vision.

Ahh, my ears are bleeding!! 

"H-host are you ok?" Ki asked me worriedly.

'Ki… This is awesome! The drama is so great! This pain hurts though. Ow goddammit. And the smell is intensifying! Ow ow!!' I complain.

"ಥ_ಥ host you are so brave!" She praised me.

'Thank you' 

Before we could chat anymore a cold blade was pressed up against my neck. 

The fight is far away from me so none of the party saw another one coming close to me with all the trees blocking their vision. And it is very dark out and they are wearing black.

"A healthy boy! We can fetch a high price for this one!" The man behind me said. His voice sounds like he has been smoking for thirty years.

'K-ki. The smell is getting to me!!' I yelled in my heart.

"Well no one is near you guys so eat up." She said. Wow was she always this scary?

'Ki! I love you so much!! You are so scary!!' I praised her.

"H-host! Thank you!!" She laughed shyly.

She is so cute.

"Well little boy let me see your pretty face." He said as he turned me around and held my chin.

He turned my face to the side and I can see his pulsing neck.

My vision went blurry and I saw red.

After that I don't know what happened, I "woke up" and licked my blood covered lips as the man fell limp on the ground and turned to ash.

When vampires suck someone's blood till dry they turn to ash, because why not it is my book!

I was unaware that my eyes were glowing red at the moment but then the glow soon went away.

I got over to where the party was fighting at and hid behind a tree. There are only four left and the rest is lying in a pool of blood.

When they were finished they wiped the cold sweat off their head.

"I am so tired! Lily, I have a cut. Can you make it feel better?" Brian pouted.

"Your good. And I have already used all my magic when ash had a huge gash in his arm." She explained.

"Let's go back now, the little boy must be scared. Or there could be another person left behind." Ashton said and started walking back to camp.

"Shiro!" Bay was the last one to go and she saw me next to the tree. "Your ears! Ahh, they are bleeding. Come on lets go clean you up." She picked me up and I hugged her neck.

When I hugged her I felt warmth I have never felt so I accidentally started crying. Ew I'm such a cry baby!

When we got back to camp the party looked at me in Bay's arms crying and some pity was on their faces.

When we get close to our tent Bay suddenly stops and stars at the ground.

I look down as well and see the ashes of that man and I start sobbing loudly this time while pulling her tighter in a hug.

Is she going to leave me?

"It's ok, it's not your fault." She said out loud making the party look at her with confusion written on their faces, but it soon went away thinking something totaly different of what she was talking about.

"S-sis s-s-sis no leave! Wuuu." I whisper.

She chuckles: "I'm not going to leave you, remember silly." She held up her pinky and I grasped onto it hard and never let go.

"Now let's clean your ears. Why are they bleeding anyways?" She asked when she unzipped the zipper on the tent.

"Noise Loud." I whined.

As she is cleaning my ears I start to get drowsy.

"Sleepy." I mutter.

"Ok hang on I am almost done." She said and I nodded.

I don't even know when I fell asleep but when I woke up the next morning I was on Bailee's back.

'Ki? What day did Shiro get a fever, do you know?' I asked because I feel a little hot.

"Host you have a fever now. But Shiro died after his sister did her quest. The city you are going to is where he died." She said sadly.

"Are you going to change it now?" She asked.

'No I want to see if it is a normal sickness first.' I replied.

"Ok host." I think if she had a body she nodded.

When I wrote my book it was mostly in Elijah's POV and Bailee's POV was in an extra. I put all the girls in an extra for their back stories. 

But I have a lot of plot holes so i would like to know a few things like how Shiro really died. 

Bailee's pov was the longest extra because I wanted the brother and sister feeling I was looking for and I got it but my stupidity killed him.

"He is awake." Someone said next to me and Bay took me off her back and touched my forehead.

"He is still very hot! How did he get a fever?" She asked with tears threatening to spill.

I pant: "sis siss I ok." Wow why is the world spinning? Is that supposed to happen so fast? 

I stumble a little then hug Bailee's legs for support.

"You're ok alright! You can't even walk straight! We have to find medicine after this quest is over." She exclaimed then picked me back up and picked up the pace.

"We just have to hand this letter to the queen, then we can look for some medicine." Camry said.

Aww Camry is caring for me. I guess I am on her good side now.

I'm so happy. People are actually caring for me. If I died right now I would die peacefully.

No! Stupid Shiro you are going to stay! You promised her so you gotta keep your promise!! 

I shakily put up my pinky again. I'm going to keep doing this, this is going to be our bond symbol.

"Yes yes, I know." Bay sadly said.

"We should hurry then." Ash said as we got to the city gates.

When it was our turn it was over half an hour later.

"Registration!" The guard said and Brian showed the letter in his hand and we got through.
