Dr.Dream told Nightmare the best option for Error right now was to be amended into a Mental Hospital before someone gets hurt or killed by him. Nightmare sadly looked at Dr.Dream and then Error agreeing to put him in the Mental Hospital as it brought tears to his eyes, he didn't want to do this to Error but he can't lose him either because he wanted the best for Error and right now this was the best option to have before Error try to kill himself again. After they teleported Error locking him in a room that was not a padded cell only to know he'll get a rude awakening when he comes back to reality. Nightmare went home and a few hours later Error opened his eyes looking around with fear as he realized he was in a Mental Hospital because of the room he was in only to have no memory of what happened that let him here. The voices started to speak mean things to Error saying Nightmare never loved him and got rid of him so he wouldn't have to worry about him anymore, as he felt abandoned by the only monster he loved and trusted for years as he started to bang his head against the wall hard enough to draw blood as he dug his nails into his arms bones as the bleed as well. A female monster nurse came to check on Error because she heard a lot of static and glitched crying from his room. When she got to the room window she was horrified to see what she was seeing there was Error banging his head into the wall as it bleeds and deep scars in his arms that were bleeding as he continued to dig his nails into his arm bones. The nurse quickly hit the red emergency button on his door to sound an alarm to get help as quickly as possible. The nurse, two monster security guards, and Dr.Dream entered the room ready to take action. The two guards held Error down as the nurse held his head still so he wouldn't himself even more than he already did. Dr.Dream spoke to him trying to gain his attention the best could but failed as he stopped talking and listened to what Error was saying. "Shut up! Your lying Nightmare would never abandon me!" "Error can you hear me Nightmare didn't abandon you!" "Why does he hate me!? Why does he not love me, any more and left me alone to rot!?" "Error!!" "Huh!?" Was all Error said as he snapped back to reality. "Error can you hear me now?" "Yes, why am I in a Mental Hospital?" "Because you almost killed Nightmare. He didn't abandon you he did this to help you because he's very worried about you. We need to clean you up because you're covered in your own blood. Error Sans can you still hear me?" He asked with concern as Error started to try a thrash violently again as he started to scream as he wasn't in reality anymore because of the voices in his head. "Shut up!! Leave me alone get out of my fucking head!!" "Here this will help him. Keep his head very still so I can tranquilize him." "Okay." The nurse replied as Dr.Dream shoved the four tranquilizer shots into his neck at the same time as Error yelled in pain from the needles in his neck. Dr.Dream took them out as Error's body relaxed once more as his eyes shut falling back asleep once again. The cleaned him up putting him in a padded cell tied down to a bed with a heart monitor on him and an oxygen mask to help him breathe better. They hoped when he woke up he wouldn't freak out again.
