Soomi was hurt,she felt stupid and she was in a full fit of emotions.

That's how Kim Mingyu always was

He would give her mixed signals,confuse her to the point her poor soul thought maybe,just maybe she had the chance but she was always proven wrong

It always ended with him treating her like a ''little sister''or like she didn't mean anything to him,like she was just one of his bestfriend's annoying sister

And she absolutely hated that.She was done,so done to the point she hated him with all the hatred she had in her

But she knows,deep down,that she'll be soft for him and forget her hatred for him in no time again

But this was enough,far too enough.She was not some toy he could play with so she was going to stay away,as far as possible

Well,as long as she could.

She regretted even joining the institution because of him,but all in the while she was glad she found a great friend

The only friend she had in years,one that was made an accomplice by her own damn self.One that was not acquainted or related to her brother at all

The second trial for the basketball team was held again so like before,she sat alone once more,making sure to be seated farther from the 'gossip girls'

She ignored Mingyu at all cost,she would cheer for Ten and Ten only and when Mingyu was taking glanced at her,she would cheer even more.

It was hard for her not to sneak glances at Mingyu and she failed at some point though she tried her best.

The game was over and Ten headed towards her after talking with the coach

'How's my lovely friend?' He asked after chugging a whole bottle of water which Soomi had given him

'I'm doing good.Did you hear me cheer?'

The boy nods,smiling fondly 'Yes,my dear' he says in english 'I did and thanks to you I may seem to make it for the team'

Soomi squeals,hugging her friend 'Really?'

'Yup'

'But why because of me though?'

'Well' he says,taking hold of her shoulders 'I was playing really well thanks to your cheer which is why I'm treating you to a nice meal today'

'Awe but you don't have to' Soomi pouts,making Ten smile,grabbing her cheeks 'You are adorable but I insist,I'm treating you because you deserve it.No buts,wait for me while I go freshen up okay?'

Soomi nods

'I won't take long,' the boy says and rush to the shower room with his belongings

Soomi was smiling,she was happy for Ten.

He was really good and he deserved it

She mindlessly looks up and around and spot her Oppa sternly gazing at her with furrowed brows.

What is he doing?was he watching them the whole time?was he perhaps jealous?
