Life is hard. There is always something to worry about. New day, new problems. Each day has two parts; the good part and the bad part.
Every little thing we do either turns out good or bad even if it's finding that sock you lost a while back or doing that chore you hate the most.
But there are sometimes you just want block everything out. You look for an escape a way out, a distraction. These activities we do are very important because they keep the mind sane.
It could be reading, painting, music,dance, going for a walk or just laying on your bed while staring at the ceiling.For me it's music. I love music so much and it's the only thing that helps me when I'm stressed.
