Chapter 6

I woke up in an unfamiliar room.
Its was dark gray and black themed,animal heads on the walls and a carpet made of animal fur in the center of the room.
I panicked and couldn't stop the scream that left my mouth.
Heard footsteps running quickly not two seconds later.
"Princess!princess are you okay?" Pulling me to his chest checking to see if I was hurt.

My fast beating heart calmed down at the sight and touch of my mate

Um..im.not accustomed to dark rooms I was just scared.
"I can have it repainted while we have breakfast"

I. No..just don't leave me on here alone please

"Okay no problen,is that all baby girl? Is anything else bothering you?"

No thats all..can we eat now?

"Sure thing"

I wonder if he's this soft around everyone else..the big bad alpha ..a softy?
This is one for the books.

He picked me up and carried me downstairs to the kitchen sitting me at a stool infront the island.
And went to the kitchen then came back placing a stack of pancakes in front me,alongside a glass of orange juice and a fruit bowl.

I couldn't wait to dig into the pancakes..so thats exactly what I did..I was literally swallowing like I haven't had a meal in days..I couldn't stop the moan that left my mouth,these pancakes were so good..
I turn to the alpha to ask him if he made them himself but he was looking at my lips
...

Do I have something on my lips?

"I .um..no.no you don't ..they just look so soft ,plump and pink"

Okay so he's checking out my lips and not me...weird but okay

We finished up breakfast and I went and sat on the sofa turning on H2o 'just add water'

Its a series with a group of girls who go to a mysterious island and swim in a pool kinda thingy on the night of a full moon and got mermaid powers.

I think I watched 7 episodes and then I fell asleep..

I sleep alot
Can't blame me
A girls gotta have her beauty sleep

Jake's POV

I was sat next to her on the sofa watching whatever mermaid monstrosity she put on, didn't feel the need to change the television.
I just sat in silence in her presence enjoying and admiring every feature I could point out, like how her nose scrunches up and how curly her hair is.

Hopefully she doesn't wake up and catch my staring at her, she'd probably think I'm a creep.

Whiles she was up watching her series I had some time to call the carpenter to repaint and change the design of the room. I just hope she likes it and doesn't get mad that I still decided to get it fixed after she told me not to.
