Zayn, a 24year old lawyer who has never lost a case...
"What the hell are you doing here?!?" Zayn asked as soon as he stood up from his seat. Anger was evident in his tone.
"Hello to you Zayn, I am your opponent lawyer for this case. How are you?"
"Lawyer? Since when did you want to be a lawyer huh? As far as I remember you wanted to be a doctor."
"I am fine thanks for asking. It's better that we don't ask eachother some personal questions. And can you please calm down the judge will come any moment."
"CALM DOWN????? HOW THE FUCK SHOULD I CALM DOWN WHEN YOU ARE HERE?"
"Order order!" Both of them turned thier head towards the judge, who was now clearing his throat and keeping his spectacles aside. "This is a court, I expect everyone to keep silence and keep your personal life out of the work. Now everyone please be seated." Everyone went back to thier seats. Liam was sitting beside 2 men and Zayn with Harry and Niall. Zayn was taking deep breaths to calm himself down. He never in a million years thought that he was about to encounter with him in the future. The shock was evident not only in his face but Niall and Harry too. All the three of them shooted angry daggers towards Liam. "I would like both the lawyers to introduce themselves and thier train."
"I am Liam Payne, advocate for Ms Eleanor Calder. This is Andy my accompany, and that's Toni my informant."
"I am Zayn Malik, lawyer for Mr Shahid Khan. This is Niall my accompany and that's Harry my informant." As soon as harry was mentioned a smirk grew in Louis's lips and yes that was seen by all.

"Kevin, please bring the case file of both the clients." Louis says to his court clerk (Yes imagine the bird as a person). Kevin brings the folder to louis and louis goes through it.
"Dr Payne, please address your case infront of the court."
"I would like to call Ms Eleanor to come to the witness box and express it herself" Liam requests to the judge.
"Permission is granted" Louis says. After that Eleanor comes to the witness box and starts to explain the case.
Eleanor's POV
"Come on let's go back home." Briana says to me after this amazing date we had under the starts in the top floor of a fancy restaurant. It was a wonderful night, peaceful and lovely date. I nodded and went with her hand-in-hand to the parking where our motorcycle was parked. Yea, motorcycle.... Briana was a huge fan of vehicles like this so we never bought a car.
We started our ride way back to home. My hands were arround her hips hugging her tightly and my face on her back as she was ridding the bike.
It was all heartwarming until a jeep approached us driving besides with loud music on. I exactly knew whose jeep it was. It was the person who I hated with passion, none other than Shahid and his stupid friends. They were teasing us even here. Call us names in the road. I was about to react when Briana stopped me and went pass them.
"Fuckers" Briana mumbled when she went passed them.
"Whats the point now huh? Should have told them in the face." I told her back.
"We just finished out fantastic date. I didn't want to ruin it because of these ugly tacos." She said and I laughed at the name she used.
She took a turn from the road and suddenly stopped. I looked up and saw thier jeep was standing right in front of us. I couldn't take it anymore so I got up from the bike and went towards them to teach them a lesson. Briana tried to stop me but I ignored and went and slapped Cody.
As soon as I did that, I felt 2 people holding my hands I saw it was Ryan and Jack. I tried to get out of thier hold but they were too strong. I saw Briana coming towards me for help. But then I saw Shahid behind her with a metal rod.
"Briana look behind" I screamed, but it was too late Shahid had already hit her with the rod on her head. I screamed at the site front of me. Soon, the two left my arms and I ran towards her unconscious body. I saw that Shahid was being dragged by Cody and all the four of them leave.
I called the ambulance and the police as soon as possible, but they reached too late. And I could only see Briana lying in my arms dead.
Normal POV
The court was silent. Only sobs of Eleanor were heard. After this Eleanor was send back to her seat. The judge asked for the other side of the story. This time Shahid stood in the witness box and told his part of story.
After going through both the stories, the Judge finally said-
"Going through the case of both the side, we would like to proceed the case on the next hearing, which would be on 24th October. Both the lawyers and thier train and expected to bring up strong evidences. The court is adjourned." With that he hit the hammer and made a leave.
Everyone left the court. Now only the lawyers and thier train was left to leave. Before Zayn could leave, he felt someone hold his hand.
