Rez's pov.

I slept with chocolates all over me

and when I got up I had gotten my period

good for meee yayyy!"

I took a shower wearing an Abaya

today I'm not a married woman right?! I'm just a girl living with no parents in a different country and I'm gonna make the best of it.

After breakfast I stepped outside

I walked a little then I stopped at the blue and white gate i balanced the cake on one had knocking on the door.

An old man opened it

"Ina wuni hajiya" he greeted

"Lafeya, is radeyah here?" I asked

"Radiya'u! eh tana nan shigo shigo"

I was kinda confused because I didn't know much hausa

when he understood I didn't get it he used his hands which meant I should come in

I walked towards the house seeing as kids ran around

I tried to stopping them to ask where radeyah was but they didn't even notice me so I walked inside saying Salam

Then an older woman saw me

"Wslm wa kike nema?" She I think asked (who are you looking for?)

"Um is radiya here?" I asked

"Toh fa kune turawa! mudin seh an mana kakalae" (jeez you're the white people, us to you must form)

I didn't get what she said but she looked annoyed

Lucky me just then I saw radiya coming out

"oh god rez it's you!?" She screamed

"Yes" I Smiled

"Come in, let's go"  She dragged me to her room which she shared with her sister who was on the phone with a boyfriend I think

"I got you cake" I handed it to her

"Awwn thank you so much, it's from the other night yeh?" She looked at the cake

"Yes I noticed you loved it"

She laughed "yah."

"I'll get you some food" she left before I could decline

her sister was done with her phone call

"Yeah byee love you, aha" then she turned to me

"So How are you I'm Samira you're the billionaires wife right."

I laughed "I'm fine, yah"

"Oh god and how old are you?" She asked

"I'm twenty"

"Ya Allah! I'm so jealous of you, 20 and you have such an amazing husband and home? wow!  I'm 25 and see me I don't have anyone who wants to marry me." She joked

Apparently most Nigeria's had an obsession, they think if you married at an early age you're superior to those who marry at a wrong age

But I don't see the big deal, I'd personally wouldn't mind marrying at 25
