Jennie's pov:
It was later in the evening and mom and dad were getting ready for the dinner with the huang's at their restaurant "Cattleman's ranch".

I walk into the kitchen to see my mother making lemonade and my father in the living room watching television. "Hey mom, do you want any help with the lemonade?" Mom looks up from her pitcher, and smiles. "No thanks sweetie i can handle it. Why don't you go put on that dress we bought last weekend?" I nod at her.

"Alright mom i'll go put it on. Do you want me to do my own hair and stuff?" "You could if you liked." I walk to my room and find the dress mom was talking about in my closet. (dress up above) I put my hair into a small ponytail at the top of my head so it falls down with the rest of my hair. I put on a little bit of chapstick and sneakers. My mom walks in with a smile.

"Oh sweet heart. You look so gorgeous darling." I look back at her with a smile playing with my earrings. "Thank you mom, i think you look pretty too mom."

She smiles and walks over to me putting her arm around my shoulder. We walk to the door where we see my dad, he smiles seeing both of us. "My two favorite girls. You both look so gorgeous." My mom smiles at him and gives him a peck on the lips. "Let's head to the restaurant."

Third person pov:
While the cruz's were on their way to cattleman's ranch the huang's were already waiting. A few minutes before the cruz's arrive, jessica asks her sons about jennie. "Whats she like? Does she play any instruments" Does she have-". Eddie cuts his mother off "Woah mom. Calm down, why don't you ask her yourself when she gets here?" Jessica sighs but with a smile. "I'm sorry, she's just so polite and kind. And she's absolutely beautiful. Actually emery she's in the same grade as you, and will be attending the same school as you and evan."

Emery and evan look at each other and smile. Soon the bell at the top of the door chimes indicating someone has arrived. The huang family look to see the cruz's all dressed up. Raven wearing a bright red dress floor length, with a black clutch purse. Luke was wearing his nicest suit, with a plaid tie and cuff links. And jennie was wearing her thigh length black, and pick dress.

The huang's each had different looks on their faces. Jessica had a smile on her face looking at their family seeing how nice they all looked. Louis had a grin seeing luke, and he returned the grin. And the huang kids. Lets just say they looked star struck seeing the girl they had met only a few hours ago in, shorts, a tank top, and a big oversized tee on it. Now all dressed up beautifully.

Jessica goes over to hug raven. "Oh you look beautiful." jessica tell's raven. "Same to to you jessica." Jessica smiles, and then looks over to see jennie with a small smile "you look so beautiful jennie." Jennie smiles at jessica. "Thank you Mrs.Huang you look beautiful too." Jessica smiles and walks over to younger, smaller girl. She helps her to their table. "Ahh jennie, this is my mother in law, and the boys grandma." Jessica says motioning over to an older women at the table.

(im not gonna put google translate for mandarin just pretend they're talking in mandarin) "Oh jessica, who's this young girl?" grandma huang asks in mandarin. Jennie smiles and replies for herself. "Hello Ms.Huang, my name is jennie and i'm your neighbor." jennie replies in mandarin.

All the huangs look at her in surprise, including her parents. "Jennie you speak mandarin?" Louis ask's her in surprise. Jennie giggles a little bit. "Oh uhm, only a little bit. I'm not too fluent in it. I speak a little bit of korean and Tagalog." she replies with a little hand movement as to describe "small".

Evan smiles at her and walks over to give the older girl a hug. "Hi jennie! How are you this evening?" he ask's with a smile. The older girl returned the hug and smiled. "Hi evan i'm doing fine, thank you for asking." she replied smiling. She looked at each of the huang boys with smiles. "I must say all three of you look rather dashing this evening." she tells them, her smile never leaving her face.
