Walking down the street, head lowered down, and hands are inside my pocket jacket, someone suddenly bumped into me.

The things that the person was holding fell on the ground as it scattered everywhere.

"Sorry!"

She apologized before kneeling down to pick her things again. I helped her pick them up before receiving a simple thank you from her. I nodded my head before proceeding to walk.

My phone vibrates inside my pocket. I fish from my phone before pulling it out and answer the call. "Yeah?"

[Where are you?]

"Chill. I'm just on my way. Why?"

[Gosh, Hansol. I've been waiting for the past 10 minutes and you still hadn't come!]

I chuckled, "Sorry. I just fixed something important. I'm almost there. Meet you in 5."

[Make sure you're going to arrive!]

She ended the call as I placed my phone back in my pocket. The cold wind suddenly hit my face reasoning from my hoodie to fall back and revealed my hair. Sighs scape my lips before I proceeded from walking until I reach my destination.

As I entered the café, chime's from the door make its noise before I could walked in and find Y/n's table.

As I scanned this whole area, my sight landed on this girl, from the back of the area, sitting impatiently. A smile scaped my lips before I make my way toward her.

"Hey." She glared at me and crossed her arms across his chest and leaned back on her seats.

"You said, 5, 5 minutes has passed and you just arrived seven minutes later!" She complained and pouted. I shake my head before taking my seat in front of her.

"Look, I'm sorry."

"Me, myself, and I hate you!"

I laughed before placing my arms on the table. "So, what's the plan?" I asked her. She soon sighed before explaining her plan on my friend's upcoming birthday.

"Ah! I have to go! I have plans later and I don't wanna be late!" She said while glancing at the clock above us. She picked up her bag and things before standing up from her seats.

"Too soon." I mumbled before leaning back on my seats. "I'm sorry, Hansol. I'll make it up with you next time." We then, bid each other's a goodbye before she makes her way out of the café.

As soon as she exited the area, I placed my face on my palms and leaned down on the table. "I'm tired."

"KYAAAAA!"

Few people caught my attention, standing up from their seats while looking out of the café. They were gasping in shock and few were worried. My brows narrowed before I followed it with my gaze and saw a lifeless body of a girl, laying on the road as she was showering with her own blood.

I immediately ran out of the café to confirm my theory about the girl. And as I arrived outside, I saw the owner of the car where I supposed is the one who hit this girl who was now dying on the ground while looking at me, ran out to have a perfect view of Y/n.

"Y/n..?" My voice trembled as I speak her name. She slowly smiled at me before mouthing something that made me cry.

I stood there, staring at her as she was fighting for her life. The girl I'm secretly in love with are about to die and I couldn't do anything in that moment. I was just staring at her while crying. As she closed her eyes, I repeat the three words that she mouthed awhile ago. If I know she feels the same, I should have confessed my feelings with her too so she was aware from how I'm feeling towards her. But I'm too stupid. As I remembered the words she mouthed, I couldn't help but blame myself from what happened.

"I love you."

She died in front of me and I couldn't do anything to save her.
