Cassidy's POV
I couldn’t take it anymore; I closed the distance between us. My lips came down gently on his. They were soft yet firm and moved on their own accord. Instinct took over and mine moved right along with his. His hands grasped my waist and didn’t move at all. I respected him a little bit more in that moment. My hand around his neck tugged at his dark brown hair while the other hand moved up his chest to meet the other in his soft curls. A little groan rose in the back of his throat, and I couldn’t help the little giddy feeling that I got at the fact that I was able to make him make those sounds. I smirked on the inside.
I know I just met this guy a couple hours ago, but I think that we’ve gotten to each fairly well being stuck in this confined space together. And besides I’m on vacation, I was holding a little sliver of hope that I would get my first kiss on the trip, and when you think about it, am I really going to see this guy again after this? I had little ounce of disappointment at the thought.
His lip ring was grinding at my mouth; it was actually hurting a little, but at that moment, I could’ve cared less. I slowly started to feel myself moving backwards. The next thing I knew my back was pressed against the elevator floor. My eyes snapped open at abrupt change of pressure; I pulled away slightly. Gasping for breath, I noticed Mason on his knees towering over me as legs loosely went around his waist. It was like I’d done it a thousand times.
Mason’s eyes were slowly coming out of their muddled state, and he too was trying to catch his breath. I winded the hot guy. I thought with a smirk. Noticing that I had pulled away, he looked apologetic and started to back away. My appendages tightened around him as if saying “don’t go.” He didn’t hesitate as his warm mouth came back down on mine. My hands drifted down his back and came to rest at his sides. Both of our eyes were closed, but I noticed a change in the lighting behind my closed eyelids. In the back of my mind, I felt the elevator moving, but Mason’s lips were so intoxicating. A breeze drifted in as the elevator doors opened.
“What in the absolute hell?!” I heard a familiar voice screech.
