Beautiful soul{On Hold}

C h a p t e r 2

Adeline POV

I woke up to a light tapping on my cheek. Picking my head I looked to see  Alessi smiling brightly.

"Wake up addy we're landing!" He said excitedly

We both turned our heads to the window and saw the beautiful New York skyline.

"It's so pwetty" I told him

After a couple more minutes the flight attendant told us the plane had landed.

"Thank you for attending this flight. We hope you had a wonderful experience" she said nicely

Alessi smiled at her and we got up.

The door had opened and we struggled to make it down the steps.

When we reached the bottom we saw 8 large men in front of two expensive cars.

I quickly hid behind alessi and clutched his arm.

I saw one of them come over and crouch down.

"Hi, I'm Luca" he smiled. I could tell he was nice considering how alessi's mood picked up at the sight of him.

" I'm Alessi and this is Adeline" my twin said basically bouncing off the walls

" You guys are so cute! How old are you" Luca asked with a bright smile and attentive gaze

"Four!" Alessi spoke

"And what about you Lil lady" he  spoke in a southern accent.

I didn't find it funny. I was confused. Wasn't he from New York, why'd he have a southern accent? Can he not see we're twins.

"...four" she quietly spoke. I pulled Alessi closer for more comfort

" I'm 16. It very nice to meet you" he said

"Our brothers are behind me wanting to take us home." He informed us

He smiled and asked "You guys ready"

Alessi gave a nod but waited for me to give a confirmation squeeze to his sleeve before following him.

We both walked over to the car hand in hand trying to keep up with Luca's long legs.

We stopped in front of the group and a old man stepped up first.

"I am Romero. Your father" his voice was extremely deep and a little cold but he had a small smile on his face in his attempt to make them not afraid of him

"Lorenzo. I'm your eldest brother" his answer was short but his intimidating aura filled in the blanks

"My word you both are bout knee high to a grasshopper. Don't worry I'll stud you both full you'll grow like weeds. I'm Harley" he ranted off in a doting mother type of way

"Hello, my name is Elijah." He didn't seem to be much of a talker but his eyes showed his kind emotions well enough.

"Hello sweets, I'm Angelo" she gave a bright and charming smile to them both showcasing his pearly whites"

"Hello! I'm valerio but you guys can call me rio and this grump here is my twin: Valentino" he pulled an identical version of himself over to them"

Alessi smiled happily "That's so cool! Addy is my twin and Tino is your twin"

Everyone awed at his excitement and helped them into the car.
