  You woke up next morning  with a grin on your face. The Lunch Club podcast was all you could think about last night, ignoring the fact that Carson and Ted fought. Now was a great day! The sun is shining, and the birds are singing. You got ready, and headed to the address Josh told you. You were gonna be on the Lunch Club podcast, with Josh!! And Carson, your best friend!!! This was exciting already, and you hadn't even got to the building yet. 

  When you did get to the building, you saw Carson getting out of a car behind you, followed by Travis and Cooper. As typical Carson does, he wrapped his arms around you as soon as you stepped foot out of the car. He twirled you around a bit, and then pulled away, his hands still on your shoulders. 

  "Y/N!!! You made it!" He had a light smile on his face, and it was so nice to see. He side hugged you as he toured you around the building, Travis and Cooper closely behind. "...and this is where the actual podcast is being set up, so let's go in there." He explained as he gestured towards a door, then opened it. Josh, Schlatt, and Charlie were all sitting there already. Travis and Cooper sat beside each other, you grabbed a seat beside Josh, and Carson sat beside you.

  "Do you know what we do at the beginning of podcasts?" Josh asked as he leaned to your side. You nodded with a grin on your face.

  "Say the end to a really weird story out of context, right?" You said, staring at nothing in front of you. Josh nodded.

  "Yup, you got it." He stood up, raising his voice. "Alright guys, Y/N's gonna do the intro, since they're our special guest!" To this Schlatt frowned, muttering something like "but I'm the special guest..."

  "Alright, recording in 3, 2, 1..." Carson said, pressing some buttons on the camera. You waited a moment so that he could crop out the part where he sat back down, then started.

  "So I said, that's not my mom, that's a shark!! Yeah, she had to get her limbs amputated. Sucks." You didn't know what you were saying, but everyone else laughed. 

  "Wow, Y/N. I-I think I'm tearing up a bit. Imagine if the audience didn't get to hear that moving story..." Charlie fake cried, wiping a tear from his eye. Carson turned towards the camera.

  "Hey! Welcome to the Lunch Club podcast! Hey!" He still had a huge smile on his face. "Today I'm joined with Cooper, Travis, Charlie, Josh, special guest Jschlatt-"

  "Hey, it's a pleasure to be on the show, really." Schlatt laughed out, keeping up the special guest routine.

   "And joining us is actual special guest, Y/N!" Carson finished, while Josh clapped vigorously. 

  "Wow, Josh is a huge fan!" Cooper noticed, and Josh just lowered his hands and pouted a bit.

  After a while of passing back Would You Rather questions, doing that game where one person says a word and you make a story, and some playful banter regarding your stream with Josh, the question you submitted came up.

  "Alright, Y/N. How do you feel about people making fanfics about you?" Schlatt read out, then made a disgusted face. "Who submitted this one? Who here is an avid fanfic writer?! And uhh, make one about me and Alex Botez, please." (spoilers to jschlatts love or host but chat decides: still think minx was better for him smh) To this everyone laughed, but then focused their gaze on you.

  "Me? I'm fine with fanfic being written about me honestly. Especially, like, Y/YT x someone else. It makes me feel less alone I guess?" You were fairly proud about your answer. "I dunno. I guess I'm just so lonely I crave attention from whoever I can get it from, even if it's a bit weird." Josh laughed from beside you.

 "Same." You turned to him and saw him smiling at you. You raised your hand.

  "Alone losers gang?" You asked, smiling.

  "Along losers gang." He slapped your hand, giving you the high five you wanted. You smiled at your hand, but felt Carson staring at you. You wanted to talk to him about it, but every time you got close to, you chickened out.  

  "Anyways, Schlatt. You and Minx, huh?" You broke the silence, resting your head on your hands.

  "Ugh, Minx? She's-- She's weird."

  After the podcast, which consisted of Schlatt talking about Alex Botez, you and Josh smiling at each other occasionally, Travis' typical 5 words, Cooper pointing out how you and Josh are smiling at each other, Charlie trying to keep the podcast on topic, and Carson glaring at you, you headed home. Right before you went to bed, you did a Just Chatting stream. About halfway through, you got a call from Josh. The rest of the stream was you two talking to each other, until the podcast was uploaded.

  This podcast had barely anything to be edited, so it was released soon. people left your stream to go watch it, but you stayed streaming. The podcast was only an hour, they'd be back soon probably. And besides, you still had 6K people watching. About 30 minutes after your numbers dropped, they flooded back in again.

  You couldn't read a single message after that. Chat was going too fast, and for a brief moment you felt happy. But then, the dreaded thought that it's all for views came back. You felt like you were about to cry right then and there, but a small laugh from Josh from the other end made you smile. He probably likes you. A lot. And hearing his laugh from the other end made butterflies flutter in your stomach. You liked him a lot, and he might like you. So, why not see where this goes?

sorry this part took so long to come out!! ive been spending time with.... drum roll please......... MY BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!! so thats pog, now i have someone to talk to about new youtuber im crushing for!!!! also tomorrow is my birthday :)
IT IS 9:40 PM SO ONLY LIKE 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES UNTIL IM A YEAR OLDER. THIS IS SO COOL
im gonna go back and edit this later because i really wanted to get this out asap since, hh, this is so delayed
