‼️ TW: Self harm will be slightly mentioned in this chapter. ‼️

Jungkook had spent his day with the meetings he had told Mrs. Choi to move around do that the rest of his day would be left to give the boy a chance to visit Jimin's grave.

The meeting with his workers had gone well since he had wanted to hear what was needed to be improved in the pay since he felt it wasn't enough. Also the meeting with the Australian contractors went smooth also and Mr. Grayson's ideas about which wine would suit best with the food items that were on the menu needed a slight tweak but overall nothing major.

Everything went smoothly giving Jungkook the rest of his day work free so he left his office and headed to his car since he had given his chauffeur the day off.

Driving with the windows down it allowed for the cooler air to flow throughout his car and hair, the streets were slightly busy which made the journey to the cemetery not long.

Before arriving at the cemetery he arrived at a flower shop, buying a simple bouquet of flowers to adorn the headstone of his beloved angel.

Placing the bouquet gently on the passenger seat, Jungkook started the car once again and continued on making his way towards the cemetery.

Jungkook stopped at the entrance sighing as he held tighter onto the steering wheel before he slowly drove down the road, soon stopping at the area at which Jimin was buried at.

Getting out the car and grabbing onto the bouquet he fixed his suit and slowly walked to the headstone swallowing the spit that had accumulated in his throat.

Stopping right in front of the headstone that read 'Park Jimin. A loved son. May you rest.'

Jungkook slowly placed the bouquet on the grass and stood still staring at the headstone.

"Hello Chim. I'm sorry for not visiting you so often...I've been to busy working and trying to balance a lot of things in my life... I'll try to give you more time and I believe you coming into my dreams is your way of telling me that you want my attention."

Jungkook chuckled at the thought of Jimin appearing in his dreams just so he could get a visit.

"I wonder how you've been doing in heaven, I bet you have so many things to do up there..."

A smile formed on his lips before a lump in his throat was felt.

Jungkook fell onto his knees and began sobbing.

"I-I miss you so much Chim... I've tried to move on but it's hard not having you with me... Chim Chim..."

He kept on crying and scooted closer to the tombstone and hugged it tightly hoping it could comfort him in some way until he felt a pair of eyes on him.

Tears that were falling down his cheeks were wiped off and he stood up wanting to reassure himself that there was no one else there. Looking around he saw no one making him think that he was paranoid for no reason so he felt that it was a good time to say goodbye since it was starting to get dark.

"Alright Chim.. I have to go but I'll pay you a visit soon."

Jungkook walked to his car and began driving away from Jimin and out the cemetery to the road that would lead him to his house.

****

Jungkook arrived to his house and parked the car in front of the house, walking in he met with his mom who was shocked at the state in which he saw his son in.

"Honey! What happened to you?"

Jungkook looked at his suit and saw that there were grass stains on the pants and dirt over his suit jacket.

"I went to visit Jimin.."

The mother sighed and went to hug her son which caused a long sigh to leave Jungkook's chest.

"You miss him? Don't you?"

Jungkook nodded and his mother rubbed his back trying to soothe her son.

"Go on and get changed honey. I'll fix you up something to eat so that you can sleep because you really need it."

Jungkook gave his mother a sad smiled but followed his mother's instructions and walked up the stairs to his bedroom.

As soon as he closed the door he slid down and placed his head in his hands crying more letting every tear that he hadn't shed free.

After all the crying he had done, he stood up and undressed himself to replace his suit with sweatpants and a hoodie. Before leaving the room he went to the bathroom to clean his cuts since the bandages were stained with dried blood, the cuts seemed a bit deep than what he had expected which caused a lot of blood to accumulate on the bandages to which he replaced with a random rag.

He met with his mom downstairs in the kitchen and was soon served food, he walked to the dinner table to enjoy the meal his mother had cooked for him.

The mother sat near him and watched him eat with a smile, silence surround the two and all that could be heard was the munching of Jungkook.

"Honey..."

Jungkook stopped eating placing his fork down and looked towards his mother.

"I don't want you to feel guilty over Jimin's death..."

Jungkook looked down at the dish.

"I understand that you think you caused this to happen but understand that Jimin was going through a lot during that time.."

"I don't want you to put all that blame on you cause none of it was because of you."

"I don't want to hear it anymore." Jungkook snapped at his mother.

The mother widened her eyes and nodded dropping the conversation.

"I'll be going to sleep...goodnight honey."

His mother left a kiss on his head before leaving, Jungkook no longer had appetite after what his mother had said so he grabbed the plate and went to wash the dishes.

Once the dishes were clean he leaned against the sink with his back facing it and repeated what his mother had said.

'I don't want you to feel guilty...'

But it was hard not to feel guilty after all the last call Jimin and Jungkook had shared was a fight; the thought of a fight being that last call that would be stuck with him wasn't right.

If only Jungkook had never spoken those words Jimin would still be alive.
