You didn't know what to say. "It's your fault" You say Jungkook just awkwardly took a sip of his drink. "how is your 'new job' ?He asked kind of getting pissed. "Oh its great! I am so excited to work there. Taehyung is also sooooo sweet" You say to make him feel guilty. Unlike you You say inside your head.
"Everyone is missing you. Felix keeps talking about you" He said. You kind of felt upset. You were missing everyone too. You worked with them since you were 20. " by 'everyone', you mean...you missed me too?" You asked raising your eyebrows.
"Are you done eating? Lets go!" He said standing up from his chair. You just smiled.
Jungkook dropped you at your place. *at your place* "omg y/n!! You didn't forget to get the stuff i told you about, did you?" She asked excited
"Yeah yeah i didn't!" You say as you give her the bag full of her stuff.
"You're the best"
"I know" You say entering the washroom to freshen up.
Did he really miss me? Wait. Did he call me back because of that? No way!! Stop overthinking y/n! You think and start washing your face.
*next day* You were getting ready for work while Lisa was preparing breakfast. Your outfit:

"I'm sorry, Lisa! I gotta go! I am already late!" You say as you grab a toast and quickly leave.
"What? Have breakfa-
She couldn't complete as you already left.
*in the cab* You got a call from Jungkook in your second phone which you use for important calls. "You left your phone in my car yesterday. I saw it when i reached home. Should i come to your house and give it to you?" He asked. You check your bag and he was right. Your other phone wasn't there. And that explains why you didn't hear any kind of sound from your phone the previous day.
"Uhm actually no. I am not at home. I am going for work and I am about to reach there. Why don't you come there?" You ask.
It was hard to make him agree to come outside taehyung's building but he decided to come anyway. "Wait for me outside" He said and you hang up.
*after a little while* Jungkook finally came after sometime. He came towards you and handed you the phone. "Thank you" You say.
Taehyung thought why you weren't there yet so he decided to go downstairs and check. When he went downstairs, he saw you and Jungkook talking together. He also saw a car behind him. Who is this guy? Did he....drop her? He thought and came towards you.
"Y/n?" He said and both you and Jungkook look at him. "Oh taehyung!" You say and jungkook stared at him. So he is taehyung.... He thought.
"What are you doing here? You're late" He said.
"oh I'm sor- You couldn't complete when Jungkook spoke up. "What gives you the right to talk to her like that. I came here to give her phone back"
Taehyung just gave you a questioning look. "Uh actually I left my phone in his car yesterday so.."
In his car? "Are you two dating?" He asked. "No no it's not like that!" You say. Gosh where am i stuck? "I used to work in his company before" You say kind of getting nervous as it looked like both of them already hate each other.
So he is the one who fired her didn't he? Taehyung thought.
Jungkook moved closer and whispered in your ear. "He is the guy you broke up with right?" You flinched. "Just go now!" You whispered back. Taehyung was annoyed so he held your hand and said "let's go already!" and you left with him, looking at Jungkook one last time.
You look at taehyung and he looked kind of pissed. Why do i have a bad feeling about this? You thought.
