"I can't believe I'm going for the 5th night shift this week!" You say as you aggressively fix your hair.

"Calm down, tomorrow is a Sunday! You'll get time to rest" Lisa said scrolling through her phone.

"Sunday my ass! You literally go for work for 4 hours a day and then get a good salary!"You say glaring at her.

"That's because my job is illustration and I get over with my shift early." she said still looking at her phone.

You think and leave for the night shift. Your boss has been calling you for a night shift almost everyday now. You haven't even been able go get much sleep lately.

I swear if he wasn't my boss I would've already killed him and then asked his parents to give me the right amount of salary!
You say inside your head as you enter the office.

"Oh hello Ms. y/n!" A guy said as you sit on your table.
He is just another colleague who flirts with all the women in the company.

"Go away Felix" You say in a tired tone.

"Aren't you gonna ask me what I am doing here at night?" He asks.
"I am not interested." You say as you start working on a file.

This is so annoying I wanna go home

*20 minutes later*
"You called me, sir?" You say as you enter Jungkook's office.

"Yeah, come in," He said not looking up from his laptop.

*some minutes later*
"What!? You're firing me?" You say loudly.
He touched his ear, getting annoyed. "You haven't been working as hard"

"Huh? What do you mean? I have been coming here for so many night shifts! I have never complained and I have worked the way you wanted! So why...why so suddenly!?" You shout at him before you realize what you were doing.

"Keep your voice down. You're not working hard enough. I have seen you sleep at work. Is that what you call 'hard work'? He asked.

"But I-"

"Get out, now"

You sighed and then quietly walked out of the office.

You sadly pick all your belongings up from your table. You were just about to leave after glancing around at the office one last time. After all, you have been working here for 3 years now.

"Where are you going?" Felix approached you.

"He fired me"

"For real? Don't go."

"As if I have a choice. At least you won't be annoying me anymore!" You say, trying hard to smile.

"I'll miss you." He says as he hugs you.
And then you leave the office building.

Why do all the bad things happen to me? Ugh that stupid son of a b*tch! I work harder than his rich spoiled ass!
you sign as you sat down on a nearby bench because of your arms hurting from carrying all the belongings.

You quickly give Lisa a call.

"Hey Lisa, can you come outside my office, please?"

*20 minutes later*

"What!? He fired you?" She asked as she folded her arms.

You hug her and start crying on her shoulder, not able to contain your tears anymore.
