CHAPTER SIX

It had seemed like the apocalypse was upon OatCreek, all lavadora's in & within the town started having seizures, some migraines while they bled through their nose perhaps someone would say it was the day of judgement and reckoning for them...

(Sheriff Tobias tries to call Paula while driving) hello??...come on, come on pick up!!
Paula was in an absolute shock when Alan and Carlus both laid down before her... screaming in pains coupled with what she just found out about them...it seemed like she never knew Alan as she taught she did at the same time the thoughts of Alan or Carlus being responsible for her mother's death ran through her mind.

[Paula] What the hell is happening to them? [Eli] You should answer your phone that might be urgent you know...let us worry about these creatures [Paula] why do u keep calling them that? [Eli] you've grown so attached to these things to the extent that you don't see the truth standing in front of you no-more(Eli walks towards Carlus as he was holding his head in excruciating pain trying to grasp for air with blood all over his eyes and nose,he pulls him by his hair) [Eli] This ain't no ordinary device hun...it was encrypted with some sort of dark spell from an ancient witch and it seemed like this is our best shot at ending them so I took it ( Paula tries to run towards Eli but Duke stops her) [Duke] you should stay the fuck away from 'em...it will do you good...(Alan crawls towards the device) [Davis] and who would have taught the mighties would fall today, look at you... can't even walk no-more (he hits Alan with a riffle) [Jeffery] so what are we gonna do with them? take them back to Dowell's? [Eli] we kill them [Paula] you'll do no such thing, over my dead body(she struggles from Duke's arm) [Eli] after all they did to you? first of all they killed your mom, brought misery to this peaceful town, turned your brother to one of 'em I mean how much more can you loose cause of them? justice is right in front of you and you can't even see it...such a pity now take her out of her I wanna tie up some loose ends (Paula sobs) [Paula] wait...what do you mean turned my brother?...Alan is that true? (Alan tries to answer but only ends up muttering words) (phone rings) [Eli] Any progress? [Derileo] am at the hospital right now...most of them are dead [Eli] good news then, seems like our plan payed off...hunt as many as you can and make sure to leave no stone unturned [Derileo] got it (hangs up) (Alan and Carlus starts puking out their intestines) [Duke] what the fuc... Eli we need to turn this off... they're dying and we need them alive. ( Eli turns and switches the device off, Alan and Carlus blacks out ) [Eli] sedate them and keep them in the basement [Others] ok boss...[Jeffery] what about her? [Eli] same thing [Paula] no nooo...no...no.. no you're not going away with this... I'll find you and I'll hand you to the authorities you psycho...(She struggles while Jeffery sedates her) [Eli] trust me...I'm saving your ass and you'll thank me later

Greta was at home when the device was turned on...lying on the floor unconsciously after blacking out when it was turned up...after 2hrs she woke up...what the hell happened to me?...she asked herself while she noticed that she has been out for some hours, suddenly she started walking around the house (knocks on door) Who's there? she asked [Tobias] it's the sheriff (Greta opens the door) how may I help you sheriff? [Tobias] I've been calling your brothers' girlfriend but she has not been picking my calls...do you have any idea where they went? [Greta] nope... haven't seen 'em since yesterday [Tobias exhales] what's that on the table? (he points at the letter, Greta walks towards the table and picks it up) seems like Carlus was abducted (she says to herself) [Tobias] who's Carlus? [Greta] my brother.. .my other... brother, he's kinda new in town [Tobias] why would someone wanna abduct your brother? [Greta] no idea...(Knocks on door, Greta opens the door) Hey...been calling you for over 2hrs...what happened? Olivia asked [Greta] no idea, am so sorry it just seemed like I was drugged or something [ Tobias] what if...you were drugged and they took your brothers while you were unconscious [Olivia] wait...what? Alan is abducted?...how?...since when? [Greta] not only him...my other brother too [Tobias] we need to find them ASAP...the written note made mention of the Bell tower I have a strong feeling that that's where they are [Olivia] maybe we should go [Greta] alright then (they all walk out)
