AVAS POV after class I told the girls everything because i knew they wouldn't tell anyone, and because they kept bugging me about what was the whole holding hands thing with Jaden this morning.
"holy shit" avani says trying to process what i just told her
"wait so you're still into nick? babe you can do way better" addison pouts
"YOURE GONNA SHARE A CABIN WITH HIM?!" charli smirks and i nudge her
"shut up" i laugh
"and no more questions! i wasn't that even supposed to tell you guys" i whisper
"don't worry we'll keep your filthy secret" avani winks
"our lips our sealed" addi says pretending to zip her lips
"ok but like tell us if something else happens!" charli says excitedly and i giggle at their reactions, but i look at avani and she gestures to the back of me.
i look and see that it's Jaden walking up with his hands in his pocket
"uh do you guys mind if i steal Ava?" Jaden says to the girls and they all smirk
"not at all" they all say and i roll my eyes
I start walking with Jaden and give him a confused look
"Mads was fucking furious when she saw me holding your hand this morning" he laughs
"is that all?" i ask knowing there's always more
he stops walking and i copy his actions and we start making eye contact
"can you please please please go to this beach party with me after school" he puts his hands together as if he's begging
"J, are you begging me?" i start smiling
"i am" he mutters and i laugh
"if i say yes, you have to take me to Mcdonalds" i say
"deal!" he says letting out a relieved sigh and then hugging me
"no no, stop getting all soft on me hossler" i laugh
AFTER SCHOOL~BEACH
i get at the beach with the girls and i immediately see mostly everybody from school on the beach dancing and playing beer games.
then i see Jaden and quinton playing frisbee, you can clearly tell that they're trying too hard.
"wassup ava!" quin says
"heyy" i reply
"there's my girl" jaden says walking towards me, and i scrunch my nose up because of those words, "my girl", it's just really weird hearing Jaden say it.
"too much?" he makes an awkward face and i nod laughing
"did you bring your bathing suit?" he asks looking out my outfit that i have on, which is shorts and a crop top
"no jaden i came to the beach without a swimsuit" i mock and he smiles
"wanna drink?" i ask jaden and he gives me a look like i just grown a second head
"member what happened last time?" he asks
"yeahh, so?"
"never mind" he sighs
a little bit later everyone starting getting into the water. i take off my crop top and shorts so now i'm only in my bathing suit

Right as i'm done changing i feel someone pick my up and put me over there shoulder. I look at the hair and i can instantly tell it's Jaden.
"jaden put me down" i yell and he laughs
I see him walking towards the water and i start kicking but his grip is too strong.

once we're both in the water Jaden puts me down and i instantly feel the shivers all over my body. then i see a small wave coming towards us and i cling onto Jaden with my legs wrapped around him and my arms around his neck.
then as i start laughing i see Mads staring at me.
"Mads is looking" i whisper into jaden's ear smirking while i'm still clinged on him.
he smiles while looking at mads and she walks away rolling her eyes.
