Starblaze jumped out of bed, a neutral expression on his face. His eyes were a bit bloodshot from crying, and tears were again streaming down his face. He shook off and wiped at his eyes, "Im tough, I won't... Won't..." He said choking. He finally curled into a ball and sobbed, tears soaking his suit. "Why did you leave me Da? Why?" He cried. He remembered the old coyote being laid gently into the grave, and then the earth swallowing him slowly. Starblaze got up and rubbed his eyes, " Work... I have to get to work..." He sniffled, sitting down at his father's mahogany desk. His thoughts drifted as he easily finished the paperwork, finishing and getting up. He jumped as he heard a crash from above him, quickly he grabed a binder and held it up like a bat, "who's there?" He yelled, backing away from the stairs. He thought quickly, what if dad is back from the dead?, he shook himself out. "No one," called back a voice from above, Starblaze raised an eyebrow. He looked up the stairs, where he found a tail wagging madly in midair, the rest of the dog's body concealed by the wall. "Wow they really are stupid..." He concluded, heading up the stairs. Suddenly a cat shot out from the shadows, a metal pan in hand, it swung with amazing strength and hit Starblaze's head straight on. He crumpled to the floor, everything pulsing black. "I'm afraid your the stupid one my friend" commented the cat, smiling as StarBlaze's eyes drifted back and closed. Starblaze woke up at his desk, tape over his mouth and rope tying him to the chair, "Mmmm! !" He screamed through the tape, hope filling his chest as he heard footsteps outside. A raccoon came out of the shadows, he was familiar. "Flamespark?" He tried to say, but it came out more like,"Mhmm?" Flamespark grinned, he walked causally towards the desk acting as if he didn't see the rope or tape. "We've been friends for a long time, right Blaze?" Flamespark said cooly. Starblaze nodded slowly, raising an eyebrow at Flamespark, "well then I'm sorry 'friend'" he motioned to a blue aurora raging ferociously. "Moondust, say hello to your sisters capturer" he laughed. Before he could blink, a female wolf was holding his neck in the air, her form vibrating and invaded in what looked like blue fire. Her eyes filled with, literally, blue rage. Her hand tightened on his neck, he felt his blood rising to his head, every thing was incased with blue from her aurora growing into her full power, her nails pierced his neck a drizzle of blood going down his fur. Suddenly the pain went away, the wolf falling limply to the ground. The white cat stood over it, the metal pan in hand. The dog stood dumbly behind them, next to a frightened 9-tailed fox. "Moondust!" She cried, running to her unconscious sister. For the first time it was too much to comprehend, everything spanned into blackness.
