MoonDust spit out a piece of cement, and blood. She got up warily, surveying her battle ground. Suddenly she saw him, his amused flame eyes searching the rubble with a chuckle. Moondust wanted to scream and run at him, pummel him, KILL him, but she stayed hidden, burdened by the fear of losing herself, or her friends. Stupid! She thought, Just kill him! Don't be a wimp, she scolded, looking at her shaking hands. She had hurt her friends because of that monster, her own claws remembered failing to rip out StarBlaze's throat. She shuddered, thinking about how she felt about him now, a friend, and before, an enemy, She had been so angry that she could have killed her.... Friends? Or did she feel more compelled to a certain group member? No.... Friends, she assured herself, just.... Friends. She shook out of her trance and looked up, FlameSpark was about 19 feet away, closing in. MoonDust screamed inside, shouting curses that only she could hear, getting ready to strike. She screamed now, her lungs exhaling in a blink of an eye, she leaped out from behind the rubble, and felt her anger turn to rage, her vision was clouded with blue, her heart beat rang in her ears, her target was in plain sight. But at the same time, she knew something wasn't right, what's happening to me? Am I a monster? She felt new energy seeping through her veins, her senses growing for miles, her hunger for blood tenfold. But she ignored her doubt, what felt like an infinity talking to herself was only mere seconds. Until she saw FlameSpark, engulfed in Orange rage, mimicking her power, she could sense his power, it was.... Nothing, nothing compared to me, she thought, grinning as she waited to feel her claws sink into the Racoon's shoulders, but it never came. Instead a brilliant flash of light flew out of her hand, engulfing the quick racoon. MoonDust felt her energy drain as she fired the light, as if it were her energy, leaving her. She looked up one last time, to see FlameSpark flung back against the wall, she smiled as she fell, wasted, done, KO. The pure power was too much, and her aching muscles relaxed. The blue hue around her disappeared, and was replaced with a suffocating blackness, that flew her into nothing, absolutely nothing.
