Poem 8: Love in the Rain

Never knew that someone could care too much
You remind me of riding horses in the rain
It feels like a soothing block of ice on my pain
I remember every time you touched me
And I told you a million times I'll never show you my body

How many years I have loved you from afar
How many times I looked away when you were searching for me
Like a little water bug drifting to the bottom of the ocean
Hidden from all eyes, drowned and dead; but still moving, still living

It has such an invisible beauty.
