Criminal minds/NCIS Crossover

Chapter 1

Quantico, Virginia

It was a usual day at the BAU when the team were waiting on a new case. Finishing files from previous cases and making sure everything was up to date. Hotch had called Sienna into his office. She was the newest member of the team even though she had been there for close to 2 years. She was 29 years old and this was her 3rd job in her twenties. She was a marine for 5 years before being honourably discharged when she was 22. Which was suppose to be a gap year so she could decide what she was doing after school turned into a part of her career. While being marine she started her college degree online on Criminology. Once she got her degree she stayed in the military for a year before leaving to join NCIS. Where she worked in the headquarters in D.C. Then about three years later she was approached by the FBI for a liaison position at Quantico. She wasn't there a year before she was approached by the BAU to join them so she joined the FBI academy a few weeks later and has been at the BAU since. 

Hotch's office

"Hey you wanted to see me."
"Yeah have a seat." Hotch said as he motioned for her to sit in the seat across the desk from him. 
"Have you heard about tomorrow?"
"Not much besides we're doing a seminar outside the FBI."
"The whole team including you is heading to the NCIS headquarters tomorrow to help them learn a bit about profiling. I was wondering if you felt comfortable maybe taking the lead since your originally from there?"
"Yeah sure."
"I don't want to pressure you to do it but it will be in front of your old team."
"Wait Gibbs is going to be there?"
"Is that going to be a problem?"
"No it's just I haven't spoke to him for a while and besides you, him and Vance are the only ones that know my childhood."
"I know. I spoke to Vance before I said yes and he specifically requested us to do it."
"Ok."
"So if your ok with it, I'll send you the material for tomorrow so you can prepare."
"Ok thanks."

NCIS Headquarter, Washington D.C.

It was a quite day at the NCIS headquarters where Gibb's team were finishing paperwork and waiting on the next case. Bishop, McGee and Torres were at their desks working waiting on Gibbs saying "grab your kit," but today wasn't that day. Gibbs went and sat at his desk.
"No new case Gibbs?" McGee said to Gibbs concerned as he hadn't said anything since he walked in.
"Nope not yet."
"Did you get that email from Vance about these FBI agents coming in tomorrow?" Torres asked everyone. Well everyone apart from Gibbs cause he never attended any of the outside seminars.
"Yeah apparently they are profilers coming to talk about something. I haven't had the chance to read the whole email. I've just opened it." McGee said scrolling through the email.
"Yeah apparently it's everyone on the team is suppose to attend." They all looked at Gibbs waiting to see if he was going to answer or not. 
"I'm attending." Everyone looked shocked. Gibbs never attended any outside seminars so why would that change.
"Boss you never attend what's so different about this one." McGee said.
"It's mandatory."
"What's it even about?" Torres said before Gibbs said anything else.
"Maybe if you read the email you would know what it was about." Bishop said.
"Is it an important thing?" Torres said replying to Bishop
"Yes" Gibbs said much to everyone's surprise.
"Ok maybe I'll read it the now."
"That's a good idea Torres." 

Quantico, Virginia.

As Sienna left Hotch's office and returned to her desk, she wondered how different NCIS was from the last time she was there. She knew that DiNozzo left and there were new agents but other than that she knew very little. Her and Abby were still very close but once Abby left NCIS, she had no one to tell her all the gossip. McGee was busy with his wife and kids and her and Bishop hadn't talked since Bishop's divorce had been finalised. Her and Gibbs were close when she worked at NCIS, he was more like her dad than her boss. She knew she could talk to him about anything and he would usually give good advice.  
As she arrived back at her desk and opened up her email she saw the schedule for the week 

Computer Screen:

'Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: NCIS- profiling Brief
Thursday: Georgetown University
Friday: University District of Columbia 

It was going to be a busy week. Everyone was going to NCIS at the start of the week while her, Rossi and Hotch were going to Georgetown on Thursday and Reid, Prentiss and Rossi were going to Columbia on the Friday. Everyone was always busy doing something.

This is my second book that is featured around NCIS so I hope you enjoy more than the last one because I was only 15/16 when I originally wrote it now I'm a bit older so I hope this one is a lot better than the last.
