Criminal minds/NCIS Crossover

Chapter 4

Conference room:
I was back in the conference room before quarter to ten. 
"Thought you weren't suppose to be up for another few minutes." Hotch said to me.
"I can catch up more later." 
"Are we missing something?" Morgan said.
"I use to work here before I came to the FBI. With the team we are actually briefing for the next few days."
"So what they like?" Reid asked.
"They're basically a family. A big dysfunctional family."
"Just like us." Penelope said.
"Most should pay attention, I don't know about Torres. He's new I never really got the chance to work with him before I left NCIS to join the FBI and I don't know about Kasie either."
"They seem like a good team." Emily said to me.
"Yeah they are. They were the family I never really had if I'm honest." Everyone looked at me accept for Hotch who knew my backstory unlike the rest of the team. Before anyone could ask any questions, Vance walked in with McGee, Bishop and Torres. 
"Is this it?" Morgan asked me.
"No there should be a few more." As I said that Palmer walked through with who I assume to be Kasie. 
"Just waiting on Gibbs like usual." I said and everyone who understood it laughed. 
"You might as well start Gibbs probably won't appear for a while."
"Ok do You want to start Sienna."
"I hope I don't have to re-introduce myself to most of you but for those who don't know me I'm Sienna Ryder, I worked at NCIS for two and a half years before moving to the Behavioural Analysis Unit in the FBI almost two years ago." We moved down the line of the team with Prentiss and Morgan going next followed by Rossi, JJ, Hotch, Garcia and Reid going last. Everyone kept it short but we all know Reid when we say speak for 5 minutes he can speak for 20. Hotch stopped him from speaking for too long so no one got bored. I think everyone was surprised that he went on and on. Well everyone that didn't know him. It was closer to half 11 before Gibbs appeared, we had asked them to give us what they thought a profiler did and a few other things.
"Sorry I'm late."
"No problem Gibbs." I said and smiled as he sat down on the only empty chair in the room. We tried to continue but were constantly interupted by people coming in and talking to Vance. At 12 when we were about to take a break, someone came in talk to Vance and I could tell something was going on.
"I'm sorry but this team just got a case. You and your team can stay and help if you want as we may need it." Vance said to the room as everyone looked concerned. If it required NCIS and the BAU, it must be serious.
