The sound of trumpets and the drums sounded the area as Emilia, Harry and Cedric crashed into the arena once more. The crowd was cheering but the two teens had the opposite emotion. Harry was clinging to Cedrics corpse whilst Emilia was staring wide eyed at it, hysterically sobbing while holding his hand.

"Harry! Emilia!" The head teacher ran forwards, trying to pry Harry's body off the dead body. The band fell silent and people were gasping, some screaming when they realised what happened. Emilia felt hands trying to pull her up and flinched away, screaming bloody murder.

"Someone get Arthur and Molly Weasley down here!" Snape yelled into the crowd. Emilia crawled back to Cedric, cradling his head in her lap. The Dark Lord was cruel. There was no need to end Cedrics life. He was a sweet boy, harmless. This was never meant to happen. It should have been her. She should be the one as cold as ice with an icy unblinking stare. The more she thought about it, the harder she cried.

"Tell me what happened!" Dumbledore persisted, trying to get a word from both the sobbing teens. Harry finally spoke out, the words sounding sour as he said them.

"He's back, he's back! Voldemort's back. Cedric, he asked me to bring his body back. I couldn't leave him, not there." Emilia thought back to the graveyard. Voldemort pale and snake like form and the hiss in his voice and all of the death eaters, including Dracos father.. Poor Draco, how would he react when he found out.

"It's alright Harry. It's alright, he's
home, all three of you are." Dumbledore comforted the teen, finally managing to pull the 14 year old off the 17 year old. Emilia on the other hand closed his eyes and sobbed with her forehead pressed against his. She's lost a person that was like a brother to her, someone who helped her when she wasn't at her best and who loved her like a sister.

"Keep everybody in their seats. A boy
has just been killed. The body must
be moved Dumbledore, there are... too
many people." Fudge announced, the second half being whispered to Dumbledore.

"Let me through! That's my son! My boy!" Arms were wrapped around Emilia and she was picked up. Arthur cradled his daughter and she cried into his chest, hyperventilating.

"Mr Weasley, she need to come with me. I have a potion that will calm her down, we need to get her statement." Snape said. Arthur nodded, setting his daughter back on the ground. Snape placed a hand on her back guiding her into the castle. She was taken to Snapes classroom that was vacant. The Potions teacher wrapped a blanket around the girl and pulled a chair out for her allowing her to sit. He placed a potion in front of the trembling girl and spoke softly.

"Take this in your own time Miss Weasley. I know it's hard but we need to understand all the events that happened tonight." In comparison to his normal drawl, Snape spoke softly to the traumatised, terror-stricken teen. Eventually, with shaking hands, Emilia was able to raise the potion bottle to her lips, drinking the potion. The effects were almost immediate. Her sobs were silenced by mere sniffles, her body stopped trembling and she was able to breathe at a normal pace.

"Can you tell me what happened?" Snape asked. Emilia inhaled, trying to recall all the memories tonight.

"Me and Harry saved Cedric. The maze was going to get to him. We decided that as a trio, we would take the cup, it was the only fair way as we had all, saved each other." Emilia paused, the memories blurring together because of the calming potion. "The cup was a portkey and took us to a dingy graveyard. Harry saw a figure and told me to go hide but before he could get to Cedric, Wormtail had already killed him. He then pinned Harry up against the Dark Lords fathers grave. He cut off his own hand and took Harry's blood and revived him. He called death eaters there and wasn't happy with them."

"Can you remember any specific names?" Snape asked, raising an eyebrows. Emilia squeezed her eyes shut trying to remember.

"There was Dracos father, Crabbe, Goyle, Rudolphus.. And that's all I remember." She said.

"Thats okay... Continue?"

"So eventually the Dark Lord got around to Harry and said how he was going to kill him and tried to duel him. Harry's and Voldemorts wand did this weird thing, the two spells bonded and they created ghost like figures but I couldn't tell what, but they saved Harry. We both ran for Cedric and grabbed the cup and then got back here." Emilia said gently, wiping the wet tears off of her pallid face.

There was a knocn and McGonagall came in, looking extremely worried.

"Severus, we need you and we need some veritiserum." She said. Snape nodded grabbing his wand. McGonagall looked over at the girl, dripping in pity and sympathy. "Your siblings and friends will be right up to see you Miss Weasley, okay?" Emilia nodded as a a simple reply and the teachers left. Not even two minutes later her siblings came streaming in.

Ron was the first to hug her, pulling the girl up and wrapping his arms around her. "I was so worried Em." He whispered, holding her head gently, his hands tangling with her already matted locks. "I'm sorry I wasn't there sooner. I should've been." Emilia just shook her head. She hugged her other siblings and just as she was pulling away from Ginny there was another voice.

"Sorry to interrupt, I thought Emilia would want to change out of those clothes." She looked up and in all his glory stood Draco Malfoy. With a quick glance at Ron who just simply nodded she ran for her best friend, hugging him tightly.

"I'm glad you're okay angel." He whispered, almost inaudiably.

"Draco, you're father-" The blonde boy cut her off.

"I know. I know. Just, focus on you. Get changed, talk to your siblings and your parents and come see me later, okay?" Emilia nodded and Draco hugged her tightly before leaving.

Emilia knew that this was Hogwarts' turning point and that nothing would really be the same again.
