Jess's P.O.V 1 year later
Well I'm now 16 and I love my life. Lies. I hate my life. My friends left me because they sad I was to 'depressing' looking for them. Only one said by my side. Emma. She is my only friend and I like it that way because she it true to me.
Well its been a hard year without my dad but I kept my promise and I do care from my mum because about a month after he passed it finally hit her he wasn't coming back and that just sent her into depression and she has to take tablets for it now but she is getting better with help.
Right now I'm sitting on my room floor with Em(short for Emma) beside me going through Twitter and YouTube because we have nothing to do.
"Come on jess let's go to the beach. Its a nice day for it. Please?" Em ask and then put on the puppy eyes she's knows I can't say no to.
"Don't give me them eyes." She was still going with the eyes. And then I finally give in.
"Fine. We can go."
"Can we go swimming too?" She said using her eyes again. I can't say no the them because they are big and brown and look like cute puppy eyes
"Yes. We can now hurry up and get ready so we can go." As I said that she started running around my room finding her things she leaves here like her clothes and shampoo and she even has a drawer full if her clothes. It's like she lives here with me.
"I'm ready. Now you get ready because I can't wait much longer."
"OK ok I'm going." I started getting ready
"Hurry up I will be waiting by the front door.
"Ok. I'm nearly done." I says as I put my top back on with my bikini on underneath.
"Ok I'm coming." I shouted as I walked down the stairs and out the door.
As we walked down the street we saw some boys moving things into a house 3 or 4 doors down from mine. Em stops talking as she sees an Asian looking one and her jaw drops and her eyes widen.
"Em stop staring at that poor boy you will scare him away before you even meet him." I said while laughing at her face.
"Ohh stop up jess. Bet if you looked at that blonde one you would be the same."
"What are you on abo-" I stoped half way through when I saw the blonde haired boy with blue eyes that looked like oceans that I was getting lost in. His hair perfectly quiffed. His lip pierced and that just made me die even more.
"Told you." Em saying with a hint of sass because she was right. I can't even move right now because she made me turn around.
"Jess they are walking over to us. What do we do?"
"I don't fucking know. What am I mea-" I was cut off.
"Well hello there ladies. How are you today?" Said the Asian looking one.
"Hi and we are fine today thanks for asking." Em said because I wasn't going to speak to someone I didn't know.
"Well I'm calum" said the Asian one now known as calum." And this is Luke." He pointed to the blonde one.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Emma but you can call me em and this is jess and I guess she isn't going to speak." She said laughing at me.
"Hi." Was all I said.
"Well lukey here is the same. What are you girls up to today?" Calum asked
"We are going to the beach because she used her puppy dog eyes to get me to say yes to going and now thanks to her eyes we met you guys." I said and em looked shocked that I spoke because I don't even speak in school.
"Well we could come to the beach with you beautiful ladies." Luke said and calum had the same expression as em did when I spoke.
"Well ok then. Calum are you going too?" Em asked with a smile on her face. She likes calum or thinks he is hot. One of the two.
"Yepp just let us get ready and tell the other boys that we are leaving with two beautiful girl. Come lukey let's get ready."
"Ok" we all he said and then he was off into the house like a light in bolt.
"Well I didn't expect you to talk to someone. And I'm more surprised you talked to a boy."
"Well he was nice so I had to speak." And I thought he was really hot but I wouldn't tell em that because she will just tell him.
Luke's P.O.V
OMG DID I JUST TALK TO A GIRL WITHOUT ANYONE HELP. THIS IS AMAZING.
As soon as we were going into the house I ran up the stairs like a mad man on a mission.
"Jezz luke came down. We don't need you hurt in yourself on our first day in our new house." Michael said and I just flipped him off.
"Well I need to get ready. CALUM ARE YOU DONE YET WE CANT KEEP THEM WAITING ON US."
"Keep who waiting?"
"The girls out the front. Me and Calum are going to the beach with them and no your not going because there is only two girls and that would make it uneven."
"I wasn't going to ask to go. But did you talk to the girl?"
"Yes I did. Even ask calum for proff."
"CALUM. DID LUKE TALK TO THE GIRLS OUT THE FRONT?"
"YES." he yelled back and Mikey had the biggest smile on his face.
"MY LUKEY IS GROWING UP. HE CAN TALK TO GIRLS NOW."
"MIKEY LET GO. I HAVE TO GO." I yelled in his ear as he hugged me.
"WELL BYE." He yelled back.
"Why do we always yelled when we are beside each other?"
"Don't know but good luck with the girl."
"Thanks bye." And with that me and calum walked down the driveway towards the girls.
