Revealing {Book~1}

chapter 7

As we all walk back into the pack house that is when I noticed everyone was outside in the backyard. As we go into the house the alpha leads us into the kitchen area. I noticed that my mom and Samantha, the Luna was already sitting at the table.

I walked over to my mom gave her a hug and sit down right beside of her. Logan came and sat down beside of me.

Now that we are all gathered around the table I took a few seconds to try to calm my nerves. I look around the table everybody's attention was focused on me.

I don't know where to actually start. I guess it will be with when I meet Riley we were both eight years old. We was in 4th grade together. We both ended up skipping the 3th grade. That is how we meet each other.

From there it was like everyone was talking about us. We could relate to each other and no one ever really wanted to be friends with us. Because everyone called me a runt. Nobody ever wanted to really be around me.

Riley became my friend because they said she was human and was like me. A weakling or nerd, because we got better grades. We studied more then others.

Riley always lived with her Uncle J. Who lived on the outskirts of the town in a little white house that people called McCain's place. It was just her and J. I asked her what happened to her parents and she told me. That they died when she was a baby. Her mom or dad didn't want her.

That when they passed none of her father's family or mother's family wanted her or accepted her. Except her uncle. He adopted her when she was seven months old.

J got offered a better position working in the Alpine mountains so they picked up everything and moved here to make a better life for them both.

When Riley was just about to turn fourteen her uncle was in an accident at work and got killed. But Riley didn't have the money to pay the rent on the house every month. She moved up to the cabin that her uncle had bought from a guy that he worked with.

It is a small cabin in the woods with eight Acres and two Acres of mountain range. It on something called a two track grid and you only have to pay the land taxes once a year. It has spring water so there's no water bill. It has a wood stove for heat. She has candles and lanterns for light.

She only has to come up with 100.00 to pay the taxes for the land every year. Since it's in her uncle's name, she just gets the money and sends it back in through the mail. She work in the spring and summer time to get money. She has to buy laundry soap, toilet paper and stuff like that.

She has a generator that runs the frigerator and stove. The generator is hooked up to this gas tank thing that is outside the house. It really is a cool little place.

I don't know when Riley actually shifted for the first time, She has never told me. But she was there with me when I shifted I was actually with her. It was on the day after my fourteenth birthday. After I did shift I ended up freaking out because of the color of my wolf.

I started the have bad thoughts, I didn't know how to come and talk to Mom or Bryson. I was so scared of what you would tell me or what I'd end up finding out.

Then with how the pack all saying everything about me always been a runt. I could just imagine what they would say when they found out that I was different from you and Bryson and that scared me so bad.

I am actually a solid white wolf but I'm not really bright like Samantha. I have this dirty looking color but it's all white. Your is all brown and Bryson is brown well except for his white legs socks. I'm just didn't know or understand how I could come out being a pure white wolf.

Oh sweetheart your father was a white wolf that is how you are a white wolf and that is how Bryson has white and brown my mom tells me.

I'm sorry..  I didn't know! We ever talk about dad.

I was just scared and didn't know what to do or how to come talk to you, so that is why I never said anything about me shifting or having a wolf. I kept it hidden from everyone. I didn't want the pack judging me anymore they would have spreading more rumors that was not true.

One of the teachers in her school mentioned something about scent blockers so I looked them up and found out more about them. I ended up ordering them offline and started taking them so I could hide my scent from everyone. No one would ever find out that I'm a wolf. This is how no one could tell that I was a wolf or smell my scent. I didn't even tell Riley about this. About the scent blocker pills.

The reason I didn't want to come to the pack is because of all the people judging me. I was scared that I would run into Logan to. He would find out that we were mates. I didn't really want to become Luna of the pack. I wanted to become a AP science teacher.

I didn't know anything about turning into a rogue! I didn't want to be part of this pack that judge me or fun of me.

~ sorry this chapter is a little bit shorter than the rest but it still is a pretty good chapter.
