Gilbert's POV.

I entered my house it was quiet yet peaceful as usual. I went to check on my dad, he was in his bed reading then he looked up and asked how my day was. I sighed and but a chair by his bed ready to be scolded by what happened to Anne. There was a new girl today. Aw I see is she nice? His father replied. Maybe to other people but not to me. What do you mean Gilbert? Well I ran into her this morning and she has being bullied so I helped after I did she started running to school like nothing happened. At first I tried to get her name while running after she didnt say anything until I opened the door for her then she said said sorry if she was rude then she said it was Anne with An e, then I got pulled away by the boys.

I wanted to talk to her more so I waited till lunch, she outside alone so I got an apple and went outside I tried to give an apple but she refused and walked away. Gilbert's father said that she probably had a reasonable reason not to.
So Gilbert cut to the part where he called her Carrots so he could get the scolding done with then he continued
Then I went in the classroom and math started I thought maybe I if I got her attention then she would talk to me so I kept throwing little pieces of paper at her she didn't budge so I sneaked to her desk put an apple on her desk, she still didn't budge. Then probably the worst design of my life I pulled on one of her braids and called her carrots! Then she slapped my face with her slate! His father burst out laughing, Gilbert shot up and asked what was so funny? His father calmed down and asked why carrots? Her hairs red and it doesn't even look like carrots! Well what does it look like then his father asked? Well I think it looks like fire! Oooo I see his dad replied, what? He asked, YOU like her! No no I don't she slapped me with a slate but shes really pretty though.

Gilbert went to sleep that night very confused. Why did AnnE ignore him? But he knew he had school the next morning and dozed off.

Hello, sorry I haven't updated I been going to person to person school and it's kept me very busy! Any way how are you? I hope you'll well!
