An adventure

Passing a couple of weeks and the Gillis house was all fixed and we were about to resume school and I was very happy because I got to see Anne even though she wouldn't even look at me or talk to me I was happy just looking at her or hearing her laughter at launch time or when she got every word right in the spelling bee I even tried to get her attention by engaged without the final e but sadly she didn't get the hint. I almost got enough courage to ask to walk her home but I chickened out, after I told my dad that all he did was laugh at me and say if I was ever going to even get to talk to her I would have to make a move.

I was going to Charlotte town for medical practice I wanted to know more about the human body and I was even hoping to become a doctor one day. I was walking down the street when I saw her, ANNE what in the world would she be in Charlotte town for? So I did the best I could to walk by and act like I didn't see her but that didn't work so I took a glimpse at her, and she was crying I immediately stopes turned around and taped her shoulder lightly and she wiped around to she who it was and as soon as she saw him she quickly wiped the tears away I proceeded to ask is everything was okay and if she needed anything I was expecting a hard 'no' or 'go away Bylthe ' but in stead she just broke down so I hugged her even though I had no idea why she was crying or how I grew the courage to even touch her I was worried very worried. Once I heard the crying slowly stop is looked her in the eyes her ocean blue eyes now red from her crying almost even made me cry. Slowly and surely she sad that all the girls at school were hosting a huge get together and to were there best clothes but all she had was a gray and brown dress, and then told me that Josie pry told her that a pig like her shouldn't even come. That's when I got mad I said that Josie pye was very mean person and that she would be crazy to not let her go to the party. Then she told me that she knew that and she was going to show up in a brad new beautiful dress but she didn't have the money then and there I would've gone to a dress shop for dress and buy one but I also didn't have any money. But I told her why not come to my house tomorrow and that we could have our own big party with pancakes and sweet treats. I was so happy to see her face light up immediately and she said that I would really do that and of corse I would after that I decided to back home on the train which she agreed to. I asked how she got here on her own knowing Marilla would never allow such a throng then she told me how she hopped the train! I probably looked stupid at that moment because I was so shocked I would never be able to do that. We talked about many things she even said she was sorry gm for the way she treated me I said that I didn't mind I mean I did call her carrots but the she said that she did regret not being nice to me but for the slate snake she wasn't which made me laugh and I said I deserved that once we got home she had to go the green gables before marilla found out and I told her to be at my house at for the mini party we planned and that she would bring some stuff with her for it. Then we parted ways.

I ran home happier than ever but I had a plan I was going to take all of my savings and get her a dress and I waved off to my dad and went back to the station for the 5 o'clock train and decided to do it Anne style and hop the train I was terrified but once I got in one of the back carts I was very relieved. Once we got to Charlotte town I went straight to the dress store and I didn't even think twice before entering that store. I looked looked until I say it. It was a white dress with a pink ribbon around the waist and it was beautiful

I knew she would love it I asked the lady who worked there for it was about 20 dollars (which was a lot back then) which took up all of my savings but I couldn't care less I couldn't wait to see the look on Josie Pyes face when she would she Anne in the dress. He planned he would give to her tomorrow for there party then she could where for the big one which he also attending on Saturday it was around 7 o'clock when he finally got home he had supper and went right to bed knowing what he got Anne he went to sleep with a smile on his face that night.

Hello Everyone, I know I said I would update weekly but school has been very hard and plus my motivation was gone for little bit.
