This Is Not A Date?!?!

Big Cat POV

I was just at home, well my apartment but I was just watching t.v. and I was bored so I decided to get my phone and text somebody to do something with. I was scrolling through my contacts as I saw Vanessa's name and I wanted to text her but I thought it would be too soon. After a while of debating whether I should text her I texted her,"Hey Vanessa, what's up??" I thought how lame was that text. She is probably gonna say that she is fixing the knee scrape that I kinda caused as well. She replied with, "Nothing much just at home doing nothing. What about you?"' I decided to ask her if she wanted to hang out. I was suprised when she said yes. I went to my room and took a shower and then saw I had nothing to wear and I said, "Shit what am I suppose to wear?" I then put on one of my black Born A Lion shirts, some jeans, my white vans, and a hoodie. I pulled up to the hotel she told me she was at and when I saw her I just said , "Why does she have to be so cute?" She got in and said, "Hey Big Cat!!" I replied and told her hi and then we decided to go to Venice Beach. We walked around and saw skateboards, pushed each other into the sand , and I gave her a piggy back ride. Every time she laughed or smiled it was adorable and I wanted her to be mine so bad. We then went to a Starbucks and she ordered a Iced Caramael Machiatto and I ordered an Iced Tea. She tried paying but I told her," If I learned correctly, a guy has to pay." I handed the girl at the register a $20 dollar bill and as she gave me my change she told me, '' You guys are an adorable couple!!" We both looked at each other and we said, "Thanks but we are not a couple and this is not a date. " The barista said, "I'm so sorry." We went to my car and I apologized and she just said, "It's fine Big Cat , no worries."' We then drove off to Santa Monica and I was hoping that at the end of this day she would want to still hang out with me and maybe just maybe be mine.....
