The next day awoke able to walk again. I smiled and opened the curtains to let some sun in. "Aaaaaah! Hisss Hiss! Aaaaaah!" I screamed. I felt a burning sensation and fell to the floor screaming. "Help! Aaaah!" I squirmed on the floor suffering. My mom ran in and closed the curtains then helped me up. "Scarlet are you okay? My baby, Oh my gosh the sun touched you." She rubbed her hands on my now burning skin. "Come on, we have to cool your body temperture. She walked me downstairs and put an Ice pack on me. It felt good on my skin, so I rubbed it everywhere. I heard three voices outside screaming and they got closer. "Victoria! I'm sure she didn't say that!" Said one of them. They were talking to Victoria. What happened? "Get out of my way, dog." I heard her say. All of a sudden I heard a knock on my front door and my mom answered. She handed me an umbrella and told me Victoria wanted to talk to me. "Hey." I said smiling. "Hi." Victoria said sternly. "What happened to you?" I looked over and Harry and Toryan was standing outside too. I puffed the umbrella up to cover my face where only Victoria could see it. "Yeah, what did happen she asked touching my face the pulling back quick. I whispered to her "I uhh, opened the umm, curtains and uhh, the sun touched me." I said ashamed. "Don't be ashamed, I do it like every morning. You'll be good any minute now." I smiled and she smiled back. "Oh! But you will never guess who's going around talking about me to those other twinkle toe rodents." She said getting upset. I didn't even have to think, I automatically knew. "Tinkerbell?" I said. She nodded and put one hand on her hip and kept the other on her umbrella. "I'm going over her house to have a talk with her!" Victoria said rolling her neck and showing her fangs. I looked at Victoria's very unfashionable outfit that consisted of a ponytail, A baggy t-shirt, some sweatpants and sneakers. "You're not thinking of fighting her are you?" I asked gasping. She nodded. "Thats only if she decides to try and blind me with fairy dust and rainbows." We laughed together. "One sec, I have to get dressed, Yall come in so that evil thing in the sky don't burn yall up." I said turning around and letting them in my house. I told my mom that they were downstairs and her and my dad promised not to go down there. I hurried and took a shower then got dressed. When I headed downstairs, Toryans eyes locked on me and he smiled wide. I blushed and Victoria interrupted. "That's what your wearing? Save that for the back to school party. Right now you need comfort clothes" She said pushing me up the stairs and in my room "Hi Mr. and Mrs. Redd." She said smiling then shut the door. She grabbed some basket all shorts and an old camp t-shirt fom out of my drawer. Then she went in my closet and grabbed my sneakers. "Get dressed before I leave you." She said smiling. I dressed quickly and grabbed our umbrella's the headed for the pixie part of town.
The homes were as big as ours and so was the furniture, why did they need their homes our size? We walked up to her door and Victoria rang the doorbell. Tinkerbell, two other fairies and a cyclops girl came to the door. Her one eye locked on me and I gagged. "Milia what were you saying about me?" Victoria asked stepping into her house. "I didn't say anything." Milia said looking at her friends then smiling. Victoria sat on ther couch and folded her arms and legs. "I'm going to give you ten seconds before I call up Pirahna and Shark and Wetina so they can tell you what they said that you said. Now what did you say?" Victoria's foot began to shake as with the rest of her as she counted down on her fingers. Milia, the pixie chick, and the rest of her disney charator friends just smiled. "1.... 0." Victoria plopped out the cell phone and did a party line of the three people on the phone verifying that Milia was saying. "You guys are supposed to be my friends! How dare you make up such lies!" Milia said screaming at the phone. "We are your friends! But you were wrong for talking about her! You told the entire school that you were going to push her in the sun along with the other girl. Don't lie." Said one of them. How did I get in this? I Hissed and started to walk at them but Toryan held me back. I began hypervenilating and hissing loud and threatning to tear them to shreds, but then, Toryan pulled my body close to his and I immediatley calmed. He let me go and asked if I was calm. I nodded and wished he would hold me longer. I watched as Victoria nd Milia argued and the cyclops chick tried to jump in. I immediatley ran at lightning speed and scared her so bad that she jumped six feet in the air. I showed my sharp fangs and hissed loud. She trembled for a few then rolled her eye. "What are you going to do fakey vampy?" She said slapping her hand on her hip."Chop that thing in half and make you see from a normal eye view." I said looking her up and down. She was shaped like an upside down buffalo with chicken legs. I laughed at her odd proportions. She looked at me then stomped out the house. I scuffed at her then looked at the other pixies. I scoweled and they folded her arms. "Get out you ugly corpse!" I heard Milia scream "Or what? You going to sprain me with hope and give me a cookie sprinkled with magic flying powder?" Victoria screamed back. The pixies were about as big as a 3 year old and fairies were as big as a 13 year old's hand. Victoria walked out telling her to watch her back as she slammed the door and pushed past he other three. I had a bad feeling.....
The next day when I awoken, it was gloomy, dark, depressing skies. I looked up and then around outside my window at the gloomy people walking around. The grey skies seemed to sit on my back weighing me down. Today was my first day of school here, why do I feel like this? I had a really bad feeling about today, something whispered in my ear that today was going to be bad and that I should lay down and go back to sleep, yet, I got ready for school. When I finished, I grabbed my bag and stepped outside to get Victoria. I stopped in mid-step as the wind blew through my hair and again something whispered "go back" I looked around and my heart began to pound. I breathe deeply and choked on the bad luck in the air, what was going to happen? I walked to Victoria's house and right before I knocked, I over heard her parents telling her to never speak to a werewolf again and that they were going to tell my parents that they should keep me away from werewolves too. My heart skipped a beat and my hand slipped onto the doorbell making it ring. I had wanted to be unheard for a little longer. Victoria pushed out the house and grabbed me by the arm as we ran to the school.
Once we reached the school we began to slow "Victoria, what is going on?"I asked begining to panic. She looked off into the sky and then she came to a complete stop. I saw the deep amount of pain and trouble in her eyes. "Someone is restarting the feud between vampires and werewolves. Little do they know that if it starts, it can take another 500 years to put it back down. Someone in our school has started it, and I think I know who." she looked at the school then at the ground. I slowly walked up to her and she just stood there doing what seemed like contemplating what she was going to do if it was who she thought. I lightly touched her shoulder and hugged her gently. It took her a while to actually wrap her hands around me back but she did. "I'm here next to you, no matter what, I'm here next to you, through stong winds, wars start again, I'm here next to you." I said that poem meaning that I'll be her friend no matter what happens. I write poetry sometimes when I feel I need to express my feelings. Her face grow warm on my shoulder and her body tense up. Letting go I recited the poem again "I'm here next to you, no matter what, I'm here next to you, through strong winds, wars start again, I'm here next to you." She looked up at me and brightened up, which seemed to brighten the sky just a little. The sky began to smile, peeping little sun and then suddenly bouncing back to grey. I turn around to walk to the shool and we see Harry and Toryan. "Hey!" I said smiling and waving. They looked around as if they didn't know me. I walked up to them with Victoria and they walked around us. I began to get upset. I walked up to them and grabbed Harry's arm "Hey what's your prob-" Harry let out a huge wolf growl which startled me a little. I jumped backwards and Harry started to feel bad I could tell. I turned hot or well... warm-ish cold. My eyes turned a blood red and my fangs hungered for werewolf. I hissed loud and began to charge. Victoria grabbed me and dub her feet in the ground to hold me back. I stopped myself only because I was friends with Victoria. Looking a Harry with a blood ridden stare, I showed my fangs as he looked at me suprised as if he didn't know that i dont mind ripping someone's head off. I looked at Toryan staring at me. He turned around and texted Victoria. When she recieved it she read it outloud. "Hey Vicky, someone is starting issues between all the monsters that used to have issues with eachother. Now we are forbiden from talking to you guys. I love yall" I looked at her and I turned and ran right past them. Victoria followed me "Scarlet! Scarlet! Scarlet forget them!" I tried running all the way home but Victoria jumped in front of me. She hugged me and told me to forget them, so I did.
Its been a week and the feud has been so bad that a vampire guy was found clawed and chewed and a werewolf was found dead missing limbs and found his head 15 feet from his body. This was out of controll and I had the same idea as Victoria had about who started the whole thing. I looked outside of the window at the dark sy and pouring rain then turned around. I was going to sneak out and find somthing out. I ran upstairs and put my rainboots on and then my black hoody. I put on my coat and ran out the house before my mom knew I was leaving. I walked to Victoria's house and knocked on the door. She opened it and looked at me like I was crazy. She yanked me inside and said "What are you doig outside alone? Are you nuts?" I shook my head. "I'm going to Milia's house to tell her what she's caused." I said calmly. "We don't even know if it's Malia who did it." Victoria said putting on a coat and grabbing an umbrella. "Yeah I do, I've been getting these dreams, telling me the Pixie frenemy is the one. I'm not friends wth any pixies and the only pixie you ever hung out with was Milia.." She looked at me and though for a second. With that she pulled me outside and we started walking.
