Chapter 46-my new home

We landed in London and I was going to meet with Jennifer tomorrow, so I had today to catch up on sleep and figure out my emotions for one day so I don't seem like a total mess.

I got this

We left the airport and headed to the hotel we checked in. I went to my floor and then into the room and let rocky off his leash. I sat down on the bed and decided on a nap.

After a very long nap, I got myself a late lunch. I needed to prepare myself for tomorrow and that includes my bag with all my stuff. Right after the meeting with Jennifer I was going to check out the apartments.

I decided to take a very long hot shower, but most of it was crying in the shower.

I got out of the shower and changed into my pajamas, I dried my hair and ordered dinner. After dinner I watched sad movies because those usually help me but nope I'm dumb and it made it worse.

From crying, flying and lack of sleep I actually slept that night.

I woke up the next day and looked at myself in the mirror, my eyes were puffy from all the crying, and the lack of sleep. I washed my face and changed into jeans and a tank top. I put on some light makeup and grabbed my bag and walked rocky then headed out.

I reached Jennifer's office and went inside

"Hi I'm here to meet with Jennifer" I said to the receptionist

"Name?" He asked

"Anastasia rose" I replied

He checked the computer

"Ok, floor two when you step out of elevator go left then 3 doors down on the right is hers. It says her name if you get lost" he said

"Ok, thank you" I replied

I went in the elevator and went to the second floor. I got out of the elevator and went left then 3 doors down on the right. It had her name and I took a deep breath and knocked on her door

"Come in" she said

I opened the door

"Hello, I'm Anastasia rose" I said

"Ahh yes Anastasia, Kathy has told me a lot about you" she said

"Hope good things" I replied

"Yes of course" she said

"Please sit" she said

I sat on the chair

"So tell me about yourself" she said

"Well I used to model when I was younger but decided to focus on basketball. When I was about 17 I had a really bad acl tear which caused me to stop playing so I started modeling again" I said

"Ok, can you show me your walk" she asked

"It won't be best right now because of my foot, but it will be off by the time I move out here" I said

"When will you be moving out?" She asked

"Beginning of October, I get the cast of right before I leave New York" I replied

"Perfect" she said

I still had physical therapy but I'll just find a place here

I got up and showed her my walk

"Ok, we will tweak it just a bit but it's pretty much perfect" she said

"Thank you" I replied

Jennifer and I talked more and discussed about my move and how things work here compared to New York. I was excited but also sad I was leaving
