White grumbled, squinting his eyes at the many lights that had been turned on in med bay. White turned to his two boyfriends, Black still in a deep sleep and Cyan snuggling into Black's chest.
He chuckled, slowly getting up as he walked over to electrical, his main task was there after all. Around the ship, White was known as the "electric guy" or "lamp man" as most of the crewmates liked to call it. When it came to switches and wiring, White was an absolute master.
He approached the doorway, humming a happy little toon. He stepped into the room and then just stopped. Everything seemed to go in slow motion, he almost felt dizzy. There, in front of him, lay the dead corpse of Lime.

Cyan yawned as he sat up, immediately noticing the lack of boyfriend in the bed he was sleeping in. Cyan kissed Black carefully on the head before silently scratching, rubbing the sleepiness out of his eyes.
-krrreennnk SLAM-
Cyan stopped dead in his tracks. That was a vent, someone was in the room with him, hiding, but where?
Cyan checked every part of med bay, but couldn't find any clews that lead to the mysterious being sneaking around in the vents. He began to panic a bit. What happened? Is the ship under attack? What about Whi-
<BODY HAS BEEN FOUND>
The almost deafening message was broadcasted over the loudspeakers, awaking everyone. The shuffling of feet could be heard, but Cyan stayed still, he couldn't move.
"Cmon Babe, lets go."
Cyan hadn't noticed Black taking his hand, now leading him down the hallway into cafeteria.
As the two lovers entered cafeteria, they immediately noticed the group of crewmates gathered around the emergency button.
White was the first to notice them, running up and giving the both bone-crushing hugs.
"I was worried about you two," he whispered"Thank God you're safe."
"Okay! What's going on?!" Black stated bitterly stepping towards the clustered group of crewmates.
"Li-Lime has been murdered, Sir." Pink piped up, slightly squeezing Orange's hand.
"I see, so we have a murderer among us?"
No one spoke, everyone to afraid to say anything.
Black sighed,"Who found the body?"
"I did, Love."
"Give us the details, White."
"Uhm, I went into electrical to do wiring y'know, like I always do, and as soon as I went in I saw Lime's body. I didn't see anyone go in or come out of electrical, so I don't have many leads."
Black scratched his head, lightly tapping his foot. "Anyone see anything else suspicious?"
Cyan piped up,"I heard a vent open in med bay..."
"That clears White then since the murderer would have been in med bay when the alarm went off..."
At this point Black began to pace back and forth, scratching his chin. "Has anyone seen anything else?"
The heavy silence gave Black his answer.
"You are all dismissed."

Black stomped around navigation, keeping track of his tasks to make sure the ship was on the right track. He was a little shaken up from that morning, but he pushed all those thoughts aside and instead began to think about who might've committed the crime in his ship.
'White is cleared, so that checks him off the list...' he thought, beginning to pace again.
'The person in this ship who caught the Imposter Virus most likely wants to just kill everyone on the ship and nothing else.' A bolt of brilliance suddenly struck him,'Which means that whoever is the killer most likely will not be doing tasks!'
Black made his way through the hallway down to shields, keeping track of everything he saw on his way.
'Orange activating the shields... Yellow on coms... Blue doing trash... Cyan doing gas... '
Black stopped dead in his tracks, suddenly noticing the lack of light around him.
-tap tap tap-
Black spun around, doing his best to keep track of everything he could around him.
-tap tap tap tap tap...-
The footsteps seemed to be coming closer and closer to him, Black didn't know what to do! He couldn't see!
The lights suddenly turned on, letting a relieved sigh escape from Black's lips. He checked the area around storage, making sure nobody had been killed during his moment of panic. He felt a hand get placed on his shoulder, turning around, he saw Red.
"Hey man, what are you doing?" Red questioned looking over Black's shoulder in curiosity.
"Looking for dead bodies."
"Why?"
"Why do you think? There's a killer on the loose, of course I'm making sure all my crewmates are safe."
"Hm, good luck then, I'm heading to cameras. See ya later!"
As Red walker off, Black squinted down the hallway Red disappeared down.
'That was... odd..'

White had been on edge all day from the events of that morning. In all honesty, he was worried. He couldn't live with himself if he managed to stumble across one of his lover's bodies. He shuddered at the thought, continuing to do the wiring by admin, not noticing the figure creeping up behind him...
"Oh hey Love." White smiled, giving Black a long hug. "I'm so scared, I don't want anything to happen to you two."
"Babe, trust me, no murderer will even be able to come close to us. I'll fight my heart out for you guys."
White chuckled,"Nice to know."
<EMERGENCY MEETING>
Black and White quizzically looked at each other before walking hand in hand over to cafeteria.
Once they arrived, White immediately went to wrap Cyan in a tight hug, Black soon followed after. The hug didn't last long,"So, who called the meeting?" Black spoke up, getting the attention of all the crewmates.
"I-I did Captain... I thought another person had died and my suspicions proved to be true.." Blue piped up, shoving his hands into his pockets.
All the crewmates started looking around at each other in worry, trying to figure out who had died.
"Purple, Purple is gone."
