Let's Cherish Our Time Together

White hadn't seen Black all day, and frankly, he was getting a little worried. I mean, he knew his boyfriend was stressed and all but, that didn't mean he couldn't find time for some self care, right?

He huffed, slowly putting his right arm around Cyan's shoulders. This earned him a glance from the other.

"What's on your mind Darling?"

"Nothing, just concerned."

"You're worried about Black, aren't you."

"Yeah... he's just pushing himself a little hard again."

Cyan abruptly stood up, taking White's hand in the process, helping to hoist him up.

"How about a little date, okay?"

"Tonight?"

"Yeah, let's make it like a little surprise for Black! I'm sure he'll be pleased."

White smirked, pressing a kiss to Cyan's cheek,"I think that is an absolutely wonderful idea."

"Hey Yellow.."

"Go away Blue, I just want to be alone right now." Yellow croaked, pulling her knees up to her chest. It had been hard for the both of them after Lime's death, their lover had always been a blessing to be around.

She sniffled, curling up tighter into a ball.

"Remember when them and I first came out to you about being non-binary? That moment was probably one of my favorites in all my life.."

Yellow averted her gaze, glancing quickly at where Blue's eyes would be, but then quickly facing away again. Oh how she loved both Lime and Blue, they were the loves of her life.

"They were wonderful to be around, weren't they?"

"They were," she sniffed, slowly standing up to go and wrap her arms around Blue.

"And they cared about ya a lot, didn't they?"

"Yeah," she sighed, holding tightly onto Blue, their strong arms reaching to wrap around her.

"I love you okay, and they still love you too. Nothing's going to change that."

"I know, I know- it- it's just that," and that's when she broke. Yellow let all her feelings run free, feeling Blue rest their chin on top of her head, whispering comforting words.

"I-I don't want to love someone who's dead, I know I'll never be able to move on!"

Blue sighed, letting a few tears slip as well. "I know Honey, I know. Let's hope we don't lose each other and enjoy the time we still have with on another."

The two lovers slid to the floor, hugging and crying for the rest of the day, mourning the loss of their beloved.

<RED, PLEASE COME TO CAFETERIA NOW>

Black's voice boomed over the speakers, grabbing the curiosity of many crewmates on board.

Red nervously crept towards cafeteria, afraid of having to face against Black's wrath. Despite being a little short, that man was scary as hell. Don't tell Black he said that, please.

Red entered the cafeteria, seeing Black sitting at the table that held the emergency button. Red silently slid in the seat directly in front of the other, fiddling with his fingers as he went over the many possible situations that could happen right now.

"So, Red."

Red snapped his head up, reaching the intimidating gaze of Black.

"Y-Yes Sir?"

"You're aware of the certain... circumstances going on around this ship, aren't you?"

"Yes Sir, I'm very aware."

"Want to explain what was going on yesterday when we were in storage?"

"What do you mean, Sir?"

"What do you mean 'what do I mean?!'
You were acting so suspicious!"

Red sighed, looking around nervously as he stared down at his hands,"I was just asking about what you were doing.."

Black let a long, tired sigh escape from his lips. "Next time you are curious about a job I'm doing, can you be a little less creepy when doing it?"

"Wait.. you thought I was the murderer.."

"Yes, Yes I did," Black huffed, rubbing his temples.

"Why would I kill Purple!? I loved her!" Red shouted, anger filling up his system. "I can't believe you."

As Red stomped off, Black sat in the cafeteria, alone.

"Welp, back to the drawing board," he sighed, rubbing the dark bags beginning to form beneath his eyes.

White giggled, feeling Cyan place a small kiss on his cheek.

"What was that for?" He smiled, taking the other's hand in his, rubbing his thumb over Cyan's knuckles.

"Just thought I'd show you how much I love you," Cyan smiled back, peppering White's face with even more kisses.

White laughed out loud,"Okay, okay, stop that! I think you have some tasks you need to do actually."

Cyan groaned,"Filling up the gas is so incredibly boring though, I'd much rather spend that time with you and Black."

"Just go do your tasks," he chuckled, feeling one more sloppy kiss given to him by Cyan.

"We'll be having a cuddle date tonight anyway, Love, so don't worry about not getting to spend time with us."

"I know, I'll go do the gas," Cyan sighed, blowing a kiss to White as he walked away.

White pretended to catch the kiss and winked back at the other, wearing a shit-eating grin across his face.

White went back to electrical, he had a few tasks left there anyway.

A few hours had passed since White and Cyan had set up the little date area, now they were both waiting impatiently for their third lover to arrive.

A few minutes passed, but it didn't take long for their boyfriend to appear in the doorway of the room they had set up.

"What's all this?" Black asked, slowly going to seat himself next to White.

"What do you think? We're going to have a little date night!"

"Cyan, calm down, we don't want to wake up the others. They're probably asleep right now."

"Okay, okay..."

White chuckled as the playful banter happened, proceeding to get the controller and turn on some random movie to fall asleep to. White hummed, cuddling into Cyan's shoulder and beginning to get comfortable.

The two stopped bickering, already having become distracted by the cuteness radiating off of their boyfriend. Cyan sighed, leaning against White and started to get comfortable as well, letting White's calm steady breaths lull him to sleep.

Black on the other hand sighed lovingly, wrapping his arms around the two and pulling them towards his chest. They both shifted a bit before letting out a content sigh, snuggling further in each other.

Black loved them, he loved them so much, he just hoped he wouldn't lose them.

The overworked man stayed up for a few hours before deciding to head to sleep himself, coming to the conclusion that the three were safe. For tonight at least.

Hey! Ending was a little rushed so sorry about that... I do want to thank you all though for the love I have been receiving from you guys even if this fanfic is a little cursed :)

Next chapter is sure to be out soon, I'm trying to add in some of the other crewmates into the story so all the colors can kind of have their own chance to shine, might do something with ghosts as well.
