Yes. It's easy to make. Pick some flowers, tie it and put inside plastic. Next, staple and tie the plastic with ribbon before put water in so be careful not to upside down the flower. If not, the water will be spilled. Well, although it's easy, actually, it take me times to make the arrangement. That's why I overslept...
