Chapter 7

The Next Day in The Barn
Georgie walks into the barn where she sees Amy brushing Spartan.
"Hey how was your date last night?" Asked Amy.
"It was amazing!" Said Georgie with a huge smile.
"That's great!" Said Amy happily.
Amy sighs.
"Georgie you need to tell grandpa..." Said Amy softly.
"No Amy I can't!" Said Georgie, scared.
"He will understand but you can't keep this from him forever," Said Amy.
"I know... I'm just scared, I heard him the night my mom told him, and he was really mad... I don't want him to hate me Amy," Said Georgie almost in tears.
"He's not going to hate you, He just needs time... Do you want me to tell him with you?" Amy asked softly.
"Yeah," Said Georgie hesitatly.

In The Office
Georgie and Amy walk into the barn office where Jack is sitting.
"Jack, can we talk?" Georgie asked nervously.
"Of course," Said Jack.
"Okay, I need to tell you th-that Jade and I we're dating," Said Georgie nervously.
"I know," Said Jack softly.
"Are you mad?" Questioned Georgie scared.
"No... I just don't understand how you can like a girl, I mean I'd never like a man," Said Jack almost coldly.
"I don't know... I just do, I can't really explain, it's just how I feel," Said Georgie trying to explain.
Jack doesn't say anything and Georgie soon gets up and walks away.
"Grandpa, she's happy! Can't you just be happy for her!" Said Amy mad.

In The Field
Georgie is galloping through the field on Phoenix as tears run down her face. She then halts phoenix
"Woah..." Said Georgie emotionlessly.
She sits there as tears run down her face.
"Maybe I shouldn't feel this way...maybe there's something wrong with me...maybe that's why no one wanted me," Said Georgie as tears run down her face.
She then lays down on phoenix softly crying.

Back At Heartland
Tim walks into the barn and sees Jack sitting there.
"You know for as much as you've bitched about me hurting the girls, explain to me why you are hurting Georgie like this!" Demanded Tim pissed.
"Because this makes no sense! She shouldn't love a woman! She is a woman! It's not natural!" Jack said Argued.
"Yes it is! There are a lot of people who like the same sex and Jack does it really matter! She's happy, and Jade loves her and treats her great isn't that all that matters!" Argued Tim.
Jack sighs.
"Come on Jack! Her happiness is all that matters! Don't you want your great-granddaughter to have a loving relationship and not one like I had with Marion!?" Tim asked, pissed.
"Of course I do!" Jack said
"Then get over the fact that Jade's a girl and be happy for Georgie! While you're at it apologize to her too!" Said Tim.
