Day 1
Hi! This is Dexa and... this is soo stupid. A friend of mine told me to make a diary and reflect on my behaviours once I fil it up entirely. (Pfff... like that will ever happen lol) Anyways, it's not that bad of an idea tbh. I can write few words to kill time on my way to another distant planet qualified for conquering. This time its "Earth". Nobody from Empire was there before but it looks highly populated and rich in resources. I will call the fleet once I get there and confirm scanner's readings. My ship should arrive there in less than 10 hours soo I still have time for a little nap. I will write some more once I get there. How do I end this again...?Day 2
I've arrived and began the standard procedure. Drones were sent to the planet's surface in order to collect data and take pictures. What surprised me the most was the size of planet's flora. Everything out there is soo small! Especially the most dominant specie on the planet called "Humans". Computer broke into their primitive network and started downloading everything. Shouldn't take long since it's just a single planet and not star empire full of people. Anyways, I've used some of the drones to scan their settlements. They must've been really pissed because they've tried to shoot them down. It was cute. Their puny weapons weren't able to penetrate drone's armour. They must've still be developing void shields because their weaponry wasn't effective at all. There was an accident where one of the drones ACCIDENTALLY crushed into a city. It killed thousands, at least local news state that. It's funny to think that children's toy had caused soo much destruction... I'm getting carried away again. Anyways! I've informed my higher ups and got the green light to move in on my own before the fleet gets here and extracts anything of value from the planet. Time to have some fun!Day 3
I've landed upon planet's surface. It's nothing big when your ship has short range teleport device. Before I've even knew it, ive felt that my armour was getting shoot at from every side. Cute but annoying. Computer finished translating the speech and everyone on the planet suddenly heard words "You're now under Emperial jurisdiction. Any form of resistance will be meet with response from our operatives. Please, await for more orders and have a nice day." In their native language.
Classic and ineffective as always. Natives began shooting bigger projectiles at me. They've had those silly jet engines that you would usually make at school for science projects when you're little. I think they were calling it "rockets". Strange world. I will look around for a bit and see if I can find anything of value for myself before the big guns arrive and level the place to the ground.Day 4
Big guns arrived and started levelling down every city. We came here for natural resources hidden deep in planet's core and not to make new friends. Tho... I've did managed to catch one of the locals for myself. He doesn't seem to be afraid of me as much as the others are and doesn't scream as soon as I'm in his line of sight. Their pitch voices are really irritating when you hear them scream for few hours straight. In fact, he doesn't seem to understand what's going on around him at all! He reacts every time when I touch him or say something but other than that, not soo much. His moves are clumsy and slow too but that just makes it easier for me to push him around and scan with bio-scanner. Did I've mentioned that he's slightly bigger than my thumb? I've said that they were small! Anyways, by the time when I've got back on the ship, planet was mostly conquered and was getting plundered from everything it had. Soil, water, plants, we will take everything. Not even oxygen will be left once were done. As for the natives... we will take *care* of most of them. The other ones will perish with their planet. But that's none of my problems.Day 5
My ship is ready to leave the system. In the end, I've managed to collect quite a lot of artifacts from this now extincted race called "Humans". Funny how it took us 3 days to eradicate something that they were building for hunders of years. I don't feel bad for anything tho. That's just how it is in the galaxy. I've watched how planet's core was getting sucked into the mothership and had all of its energy extracted. It's always amazing to watch that machine at work. I especially love the moment when it starts to glow from heat right before the planet collapses and turns into dust. I've watched the whole thing from afar through the main window. Human didn't reacted to the beautiful view at all! I was slightly disappointed... They normally scream and throw themselves towards the explosion! But he just stood there as if he wasn't aware. Maybe he already gave up on life? Most of our slaves do that after few weeks but its not like I'm complaining. Computer will finish the live translation protocols by tomorrow. Interrogation time!Day 6
Ive messed up... Out of all perfectly fine humans on the planet, I've picked up the one who's eyes aren't working. It came up during the interrogation when I've started talking to him. In his cage, human was constantly sitting next to the wall and wouldn't dare to leave it for a moment! I've thought that it was normal at first but then he asked me where I was and well... the cage is made out of fricking glass soo there was no way that he couldn't see me! I've thought that he was joking at first and tried to scare him up by leaning out from the darkness surrounding the cage and showing him my teeth but he just turned towards it and haven't said a word! That ruined my mood quite a bit but I've still kept going. I've tried to grab the cage from all sides and give it a little shake but once again nothing except the usual "Why is the ground shaking again?!". Like... what the hell?! In that moment, I've left the cage and decided to check out what the bio-scan had to say about him. According to human research found on the internet that I've downloaded earlier, his eyes were damaged and thus their gray colour. I kinda like it but the fact that he can't see shit means only one thing. He's worthless for potential buyers. Nobody will want to buy a damaged slave! Especially that badly damaged... I'm tired. I'm tired and pissed! Let's end before I destroy this stupid diary!Day 7
I'm okay now... No, I'm not okay. I'm not okay at all! I've been working out until I've passed out yesterday but I'm still feeling angry. I've messed up really badly. I could've grabbed more humans just in case of something like that happening! But now it's too late... I honestly might just kill him right here and now since I won't be selling him anyways. Maybe that will bright up my mood?Day 8
I haven't killed him. I wanted to but I didn't. It's hard to explain but when I've entered the cargo room and saw him crying in there... it kinda made me feel better. Maybe it's his suffering that brightend up my mood? Being stuck in cage for few days must've been quite exhausting for him. At least he was looking like he was exhausted. I've stared at him for few moments before knocking on his cage. He looked towards the place where I've knocked and asked what I wass going to do with him. He turned even more pale when I've said that I was going to kill him. He then tried to make a run for it but only bumped into the wall. It was cute. Especially when he did it for the second time. In that moment, I've realized that I wasn't angry anymore. I'm still not sure but maybe he caused it? I will have to wait and see if something like that happens again. Maybe I'm just having my mood swings playing tricks on me again? Only time will tell. I still have 3 more days until we reach my home world. 3 whole days full of opportunities to kill him if I feel like it.
