Day 15
I'm still angry at what happened yesterday. Sure, I killed his friends and relatives but he shouldn't make such a big deal out of it! That's just my job! Besides, he doesn't have any rights to refuse my orders! He's only a pet after all. I guess that it's time to really show him his place.I over did it. He keeps crying and I don't know what to do. It's quite amusing actually. But will definitely get on my nerves later on. Should I call iver the vet ?I will do that later if he doesn't stop.
Update from the evening. He didn't stopped! I've been listening to him crying and sobbing for hours now! It was fun at first but now is just annoying.
Day 16
After waking up, I've noticed human laying on the table in the pool of tears. He must've passed out in the middle of the night. Without waking him up, I've picked his body and inspected the arm that I've been "playing with yesterday". It doesn't look good. I'm preety sure that his shoulder shouldn't be soo bruised. I'm calling the vet.Move forward a couple more hours and the human woke up. Honestly, I'm glad that he didn't started crying again as soon as he opened his eyes. It would've been annoying. This time he only hissed in pain and curled up, shielding his left arm from me. Hmpf, as if it would do anything. Luckily for him, we were basically there. Veterinary couldn't come over and I've had to take him to them. Human... Jake was safely stored in my pocket while I passed through the hallways of the medical centre. Due to the fact that each specie needs different expertises and other medical stuff, especially the newly discovered ones like Jake, most of the medical staff is located in one giant building soo that they could help each other out fast if needed. After some walking, I've reached the cabinet. As I've entered, the smell of Gahak had filled my nose. I couldn't help but feel my mouth watering at the sight of the doctor. Her name was Mirion Aqua, if I remember correctly, and she was from the specie that heavily resembled Gahak's. She had tentacles instead of legs and was looking more like a sea creature than the one that could breath with normal air. Nonetheless, she had agreed to help me out for free so I won't be trying to eat her any time soon. After talking for a bit and sharing some of the data from "Earth", she was able to figure out how to treat human body. I even gave her my version of the translator to talk with Jake. No, I'm still calling him human. He didn't deserved his name yet. Anyways, I watched how they chatted while the Mirion had been working. She seemed like an ideal multi tasker. Writing, reading and having friendly conversation with a patient at the same time was really something to behold. Not like I'm unable to do that...
After some tests, doctor took Jake into her hand and began to do something. From my point of view, she let out smaller tentacles from the tip of her fingers and began touching Jake's body everywhere. As he twisted in pain, Mirion growled and stabbed him with few if them. For a moment, I wanted to punch her. What? She damaged my property! But once I got closer, I e noticed her smaller tentacles moving underneath Jake's skin. Then, Jake passed out. Patting his head with a thumb, Mirion continued. She told me that she had to fix his fragmented bone directly. Yea... that was totally my fault... She then advised me to, and I quote, "Not play with him that rough". Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that I relly overdid it, I would've punched her. But point taken. After thanking her and leaving complex database on human biology as a thank you, I went back home. She told me to give Jake a day off and let him rest after procedure. Lucky bastard. I'm going to make him work extra hard tomorrow!
Day 17
Today, I've made some progress with Jake's behaviour. I think? For starters, he didn't said a word when I've ordered him to do some extra work. He simply did what I've asked for and kept going. I've even praised him after he made me new kind of coffe! But he didn't reacted at all. Did Mirion screwd up and made him mute or something? I've had to poke his belly to get a sound out of him. I'm glad that he's not mute. He's worth much more that way. He's probably grumpy about what happened earlier. Ofcourse he is. I will overlook it as long as he does what I say. It's not like I need him to talk with me or something...
