Micaì

Its June and I graduated two days ago from Primary School so mom took me out to celebrate afterwards.

In The Bahamas we have Primary schools all over see I live in the capital of the Bahamas which is Nassau.

My mom is from the island of San Salvador which is an Island located in The Bahamas we are a country of 700 islands and cays but their only a few islands that are habitable areas.

She moved to Nassau after she graduated from high school went to College of the Bahamas and graduated then she went to Georgia state university graduating before I was born.

" Cai come here sweetheart I need to talk with you " yelled mom we live in a descent home with six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms.

" Coming mommy " I said as I got out my room and walked to her office my mom is an Office administration manager so she works at home sometimes.

"  Sit down baby girl I  want to tell you something and give you some stuff I  should have given you " she said .

" Ok mommy I'm sorry if I did something wrong I didn't mean to mommy please don't be mad" I said.

" I'm not mad and you didn't do anything I want to give you this card its from your dad and I want you to open it it came yesterday " she said.

So I took the envelope from her and I started to open it  it said on the front to Micaì from daddy.

" Dear Micaì, congratulations on your first accomplishment I am sorry I missed out on eleven years dont worry your mom sent lots of pictures and videos of you dancing singing and running track I am proud of you I sent some money  for your mom to get you some gifts love dad" I said.

" Baby so I wanted to tell you that mommy is sending you to live with your daddy and I not doing it because I cannot take care of you its because I want you to have more experience and it would be better for you so you leave tomorrow and the money he sent  I  got you some stuff to carry" said mom.

" Ok mommy but I will miss you Kennedy and Kaiden mommy " I said.

" It's ok baby girl and let's go pack your bag and besides he has other children so your straight so let's go pack" said mom.

So we went to my room and she got my suitcases out and she started packing my bag she put as many clothes and shoes in there with my dance uniform and bag.

She packed my backpack and she placed some important documents in my bag for my dad I believe cause she talked to him and he was in agreement of me living with him.

Tomorrow i have to catch two flights one from Nassau to Miami and then from Miami to Atlanta.

So I had to go to bed early so mom cooked a well cooked meal then she had me wash the dishes then we went to bed because I had to be up by four in the morning.

Micaì is going to live with her daddy in America she currently lives in The Bahamas but soon she will be living in America.
