I woke up to Tommy shaking me, holding a glass of water and some pills. "Kira, c'mon get up."

"Why." I groaned, my head feeling like it's being pounded against a wall. "Because you no doubt have a hangover."

"'Cause this fucking son of a bitch gave me vodka." I pointed up at George, who looked pretty guilty.

"You fucking asked for shots. Don't point at me."

I rolled my eyes and drank the water and advil, getting out of the sheets and digging around in the dresser to find some sort of clean clothes.

I grabbed a random red shirt and some Nike pros, and shooed the boys out of the room to change. Standing in front of the mirror, I saw my skinny-ish body look back at me, wondering when and why I turned to drinking to help cope with some things I felt inside.

I changed and grabbed the sweatshirt I had on when I woke up and tied it around my waist, walking out of the room. "Good morning." I said, before swiftly getting a bowl of cereal.

"Nice shirt." I looked down to what Tommy was pointing out.

It's his fucking merch.

"Ah, yes. I got it off some random website. It's pretty cool."

He just shook his head and smiled, looking back down at his bowl. "You guys need to get out of here soon. I told Mum that you were staying here since you wanted to see me."

I nodded and grabbed my phone off the kitchen island which was fully charged. "Next time, don't get so drunk you tell Tommy you love him."

What the FUCK? Are you telling me that Tommy knows?

"Yeah, I'll try not too."

I finished up my breakfast and grabbed my keys and wallet, saying bye to George.

"Bye Gogy." I buried my head into his chest, realizing this might be one of the last times I see him before year 11.

I held on for another second and let go, slipping on my converse. "Bye Kirie."

I smiled and walked out the apartment door, walking beside Tommy.

"Do you remember what happened last night?" He asked, almost cautionary. "I cannot say I do. It's a shame innit?"

He sighed a little and kept on walking, in silence, which is quite fucking weird for Tommy, the loud and outgoing person he is.

"You said you loved me."

He knows. SHIT.

"Is it true?"

My mouth was agape as I tried to find a way to answer his question. "I- uh." I stutter, watching his eyes. He stopped walking and looked at me. He was hurt.

"Tommy. I, it was supposed, uh. I did not want to say it drunk, but it's true."

He scanned my face, waiting for a another sentence.

I walked closer to him, putting my hands around his neck, playing with his hair a little bit. He giggled, well I mean, if you can call the noise he made giggling.

I pressed my lips to his, making me, not exaggerating, freak out. I mean, like, I just kissed the guy I've had a crush on for 2 years.

I pulled away messed with my ring, twisting it around my finger. Tommy just kind of freaked out. "Oh my god. I just kissed a girl!" I rolled my eyes and smiled at his word choice. "Yes, good job Tommy."

I walked on down the stairs with Tommy, a comfortable silence between the two of us. We walked out to my car and got inside, preparing for the 30 minute drive back to our neighborhood.

About 5 minutes into the drive, Tommy grabbed my free hand a held it, going through twitter. I smiled and looked over at him. "Is my driving that bad?" He smirked.

"No. You're just a great friend."

Ah, a reference to prior words.

"Oh fuck off with that. I know the real reason." I watched him blush as he typed something out, letting me focus on the road.

Buzzzz. My phone was alerting me of a twitter notification. Since we were at a red light, I looked at it.
