I sat in my plane seat and put my phone in the carry on with my laptop. I can play MineCraft on the plane.

I opened up the laptop and launched the game, working on my house. Tommy leaned on my shoulder and watched me build, kissing my cheek every once in a while.

I shut my laptop and held Tommy's hand, to make him calm down. He was scrolling through twitter, reading all of the retweets about his earlier one. George was on his phone and pestering us about god knows what. Wilbur was in the seat over from him, probably texting Niki.

"Look twittah, its the two Brits that are glued to each other." George said, filming us. I looked over to him and stared in the camera.

"Ok wanker."

Both Tommy and Wilbur were laughing their head off. I smiled and leaned into Tommy, chuckling at some of the plane laughing.

"Very pog Kira." Tommy said, as I tried to put myself back in London time. It wasn't working too well, and it was like 11 in London. Which is the time our flight got in, which meant we were almost home. We wouldn't get home until at least 1 in the morning, because it takes 2 hours to get back from London.

2 hours I get to spend jammed in a car with my favorite people.

The plane finally started descending after what seemed like 9 days, and the exhilaration of going down came again in waves.

I grabbed my backpack and set it in my lap, pulling my phone into my pocket instead.

The getting off part was pretty uneventful, with both Wilbur and I being extremely jet-lagged. But George and Tommy were still going strong, probably because they were on Texas time unlike the rest of us.

It was pitch black outside, the stars twinkling every so often, the lights from the airport seeming to drag on through the car ride, miles on into the car ride back into Brighton.

Wilbur was softly humming the guitar from 'The Internet Ruined Me', which helped me drift off into sleep, against the cold car window.

I woke up as George pulled my car into the driveway.

"Do you want me to drive you guys to your flats?" George nodded and got into the back, as we all waved goodbye to Tommy.

To fill the silence, I put on one of my Spotify playlists, skipping around until the good bit.

The car ride was mostly silent, until I pulled into the apartment complex for George.

"Bye." I said, watching him pull his keys out to unlock his door.

I pulled out of the parking space to drive across the city.

"Thanks for being my best friend." Wilbur said, after leaving George's sight.

"Of course. I dunno what I would've done without you."

I drive a little more into the city, taking a turn at a wrong street so we could go sit in the grass and look at the stars.

We laid down and stared up, talking and laughing.

"I love you Kira."

What?

"I love you too Wilbur. You're my best friend."

"No, I mean, like this."

I propped my elbows up to look at him, his body coming closer to mine. His lips pressed against mine.

"I love you Kira."

"I- uh."

"Just tell me you love me too."
