Chapter 3
*Time skip*
Kenma's pov
(Kenma is walking to school)
I remember the promise that I made to Shoyuo, and I will fulfill the promise, but how I don't want to just walk up to Kuroo and say I like you, and my parents are divorced, and now my mom is abusing me that sounds dumb as I think to my self Yaku comes up behind me and starts to talk he said
"Hey Kenma, you aren't like your normal self. Somethings up, and you need to tell us we just want to help you."
When he said we just want to help you that made me remember what Shoyuo said, and I knew that I needed to tell someone on my team. So I turn to him.
Yaku's pov
I saw Kenma walking alone, so I came up to him.
"Hey Kenma, you aren't like your normal self. Somethings up, and you need to tell us we just want to help you."
Then he turns around and starts pouring his heart out, showing me all the emotions that he had to keep building up inside of him.
"I don't know what to do,"
he says while on the verge of tears but trying to stay strong.
"I love my mom, but she is abusing me because she thinks it's my fault that Dad left us, and she won't stop hurting me."
At this point, Kenma is crying. I try to comfort him and say it's ok, but he still continues
"And I love Kuroo, but I don't know what to do about that. He likes Tsukki, and he could never love someone like me."
Now Kenma is balling his eyes out. I take him over to a bench and comfort him.
"I don't know what your life is like, but just know that if you ever need someone to talk to, you can always come to me. I won't tell the team until you are ready, but just know that we love you," I say. Kenma stops crying and looks at me
"Thank you so much, Yaku~San. This really means so much to me," Kenma says while hugging me.
"About Kuroo, he doesn't like Tiukki. Didn't you hear that Tiukki and Yams are dating, so Kuroo doesn't like him." I said back when he heard his eyes lit up like he just got a new game.
"REALLY?" Kenma said excitingly
"Yes, now go get your man's, and I won't tell anyone about what happened today," I said
Kenma and I got up and started heading to school again.
Chapter 4
Kenma's pov
Yaku and I started heading to school as we approached. We saw Kuroo. I was really excited to see him, but as we got closer, we saw that he was kissing a girl under a cherry blossom tree at the site of this. I wanted to run home and cry. When he saw me, I turned around and ran to class. I could hear Yaku~San screaming at Kuroo, but Kuroo didn't know he did anything. As I got to class, I pulled out my PSP. I tuned out the world until class started. I didn't want to talk to anyone. I felt so alone.
*Time skip*
Schools over I started heading to the gym because we had practice. I didn't want to go but I really do need to tell my team about what's happening at home. When I went into the club room, I saw Kuroo with his head in his hands. I tried to ignore him, but then he came over to me and pinned me up against the wall.
"Why did Yaku~San yell at me? I know it wasn't just him wanting to yell, and why did you run off?" Kuroo asked
"It's noth...." I started to say then I felt his lips pressed against mine. It felt good when I pulled out of the air. I looked at him.
"Why?" I asked, not complaining, though
"I wanted to apologize earlier." He said, "Did you like it?"
I looked away and said quietly
"Yeah," then I turn back to him
"What about the girl earlier, and don't you like Tsukki?"
Kuroo sighed
"That girl came up to me and confessed to me. I turned her down then she kissed me when you walked by; and about Tsukki, I don't like him, and I never did. That was a bad rumor that got started during training camp by Yamamoto as a joke. and now he is dating Yams. I like you, nobody but you, kitten. Stay with me, please," he says while barring his head in the neck. I blush a deep red. Kuroo looks up at me and says
"Do you want to be my boyfriend, kitten? because I love you."
" Ok," I say quietly
We sit there until practice starts I pull out my PSP while Kuro holds me. In my mind, I wanted to tell him what was going on at my house, but I didn't want this moment to end.
I look up at him and whisper in his ear
"I love you too, Kuroo"
