Of all those five mentioned Hashiramas cells were considered to be the strongest and also the most dangerous and was divided into two categories the "original" which are harvested directly from the corpes of the First Hokage and the "copy" which are harvested from the white Zetsus from the fourth great ninja war

Though in my previous timeline I heard that majority of the defeated white zetsus turned into trees some of them which did not transformed was surrendered to the Hidden Leaf as agreed by the great five

But few of them was illegally kept and was sold in the black market the only difference of the two is the level of potency the more potent the cells were the more boost you will get but also the more dangerous it will be

As for the original cells the recipient will rot away instantly unlike the copy version you will be taken over by cells and being eaten slowly alive for the copy its is like being based in compatibility but for the original it not compatibility but more of being chosen because no one ever succeeded no one ever will only death awaits

But both of them is said to give the same boost but different quality and quantity not only will one increases his or her chakra to astonishing levels but will also attain a regeneration ability, wood release and lastly the ability to subdue a tailed beast because of the low to no success rate of the hashirama cells the third Hokage himself banned its further research of the original but for the copy though there is a slight chance it was also banned by all of the kage

Talking about a tailed beast the second way is to seal a tailed beast into ones self and became a jinchuriki not only will it increases one's chakra but has the chance to attain that tailed beasts nature transformation like for example the shukaku's magnet release like uncle Gaara

It is said that after the fourth great ninja war the strongest ninja my father banned the sealing of the tailed beast into someone and became the caretaker of all of them so it leads me into another direction

It is said that one can gain the perks of having a tailed beast power without sealing it into one self but through eating their meat a pseudo tailed beast though slightly lesser in power than the ones being actually having one

The only ones who survived are the gold and silver brothers of the Hidden Cloud after a failed attempt of capturing the nine tails they were eaten alive in order to survive inside they ate the meat of the nine tails for a week before being vomited a week after

After the Hidden Cloud learned about this method they made their ninjas eat the eight tails but to frustration they failed every one perished one by one the ninjas were burned by the tailed beast chakra alive from the inside no one lasted even a single day after eating it it is said that one should be a distant relative of the Sage of Sixths Paths to endure the sudden increase in chakra

Another way is practice the Mysterious Peacock Method of the Hoshigakure the technique itself manifests in the form of a feather-shaped array behind the ninja and spreading out from behind them like a peacock's tail feathers, hence the name.

The chakra is easily manipulated into various shapes to create techniques, making it one of the most versatile jutsu around. These techniques are honed through Star Training, which requires the ninja to spend large amounts of time focusing on their chakra and meditating in the presence of the Star Meteorite.

Albeit at the cost of extreme damage to their bodies if one does not have proper chakra control , and disruption in the control can cause a damaging backlash, as ones body will be heavily deteriorated when his control was sabotaged

At the end of the mission report it was stated there that the The meteorite's radiation greatly improves the user's chakra, but is incredibly damaging to their physical body.

Even for those who master the technique, there is still a high chance that their body will slowly weaken and eventually perish if one does not have the proper chakra control this led the Third Hoshikage to ban the training.

With the meteor's destruction after The leader of the coup was defeated, the training became lost forever.

Where can I even find one these three things heck never mind where to find them but they are banned and poses a high risk

Then there is Blood Injection a method wherein the blood of powerful person will be injected into oneself  it is the easiest method and has a minor side effect which is physical alteration like what happened to Kabutosan before the fourth great ninja war it greatly increased his chakra capacity to the point that he was able to practice senjutsu training

But sadly it will be useless in my case because the most powerful ninja is my father and his blood is already running through my body

So this leaves me to the last method
It was believed that when you talked about the Uzumaki it is already perceive that everyone in the clan is expected to have large chakra reserves

But that is not the case they have chakra reserves larger than a normal person yes but compared to another Uzumaki their growth is not equal a good example of this is the wife of the first hokage Hashirama, Mito Uzumaki

Compared to her fellow clan members she was born with so little capacity only above average capacity that of a normal adult but she was a gifted fuinjutsu master

As a solution she used an ancient technique that dates back from the era of the Sage of Six Paths back then it was only used to store's one chakra to somehow increase ones chakra capacity

But with Mitos knowledge in medical ninjutsu she took the technique a step further and thus uses Strength of a Hundred Seal in conjunction with her own created technique the Creation Rebirth which heals the user without any handseals and finally perfected her clans treasured technique and thus making it her lifelong legacy a jutsu that made the impossible possible

The Strength of a Hundred Seal that is reputed to be the pinnacle of chakra control.By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking.

Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy.When released the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body.

The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying the power of their techniques. The seal will permanently remain in the centre of the user's forehead, unless the user chooses not to, presumably so that the user can keep on benefiting from its effects

Naturally Uzumakis have larger chakra than an average persons and has the ability to heal small to mild injuries and takes time to heal severe ones imagine what would happen if they learn to perform this jutsu their innate abilities and potential will be doubled, tripled, no quadrupled god knows may even be hundred folds like the name of the jutsu itself suggested

Mito having a little chakra compared to her clansman became so powerful she even rivaled the top Uzumaki in there village after the use of this jutsu they already feared the thought of that technique being used by a gifted Uzumaki and worst case scenario being used by the whole Uzumaki clan

Not only will you somehow increase your chakra reserve but will also be difficult to be killed, it was already justu so frightening in its imperfect stage but to also gain the ability heal severe and life threatening injuries instantaneously without any hand sign and temporarily be immortal to outsiders their fear lead the once great Uzumaki clan to be annihilated before their fears become reality
