"so does this mean that riley has seen your face, dream?" george asks.

it's a late night, with riley making her first appearance on a stream. it was odd at first, with being on stream and then having to talk to george, a man she'd barely heard of before. but she made fun of his accent and his name about two minutes in, and they quickly fell into a friendship.

dream hums in respond, "well, actually, not since elementary school."

"ninth grade," riley corrects, "then i moved."

"i went to online school. did we really go to high school together?"

riley shrugs, leaning back in her chair. she's dead, been dead for a while, watching the three others try and survive without a bed. so far, they're doing an okay job.

"for a year," riley says with a groan as she stretches, "you hated me too much to notice me."

"i did not hate you."

riley rolls her eyes, "you hated me."

"i could never."

"can y'all stop flirting," nick finally speaks up, "i'm trying to win."

george giggle nervously as dream breaks into a loud groan. riley just laughs, covering her mouth and pressing her back into her chair.

"nick," she groans softly, a smile on her face, "i hate you."

"not flirting." dream mumbles under his breath.

riley nods, "not flirting."

both nick and george roll their eyes, though nobody else can see it.

the horrible distraction of thinking gets to dream, and the other team takes the opportunity.

dream groans in frustration as he watches his character fall to its death, unable to do anything with the 2 piece of wool he has in his inventory.

riley gasps happily, clicking her compass at the other compass she sees. dream laughs, clicking back at her.

"i'm not alone!"

clay feels his face soften, his body relaxing. he leans slightly to the side, getting a tiny bit closer to his mic. a big, soft smile rests on his face as he clicks at her compass, unable to see the rest of her.

"i see you!"
