Over the next year, Luke was trained in the ways of the force by Ahsoka, Ezra, and the Seventh Sister.
Between missions, they would routinely travel to the planet of Devaron, majorly due to the presence of the Jedi Temple there and solitude from the constant noise at the Rebel Base. This became a great place of training for Luke and a place for the Seventh Sister to embrace the teachings of the light side once more.
Thanks to Ezra, Luke was able to master the ability of force jumping and falling from tall heights.
Seventh Sister was able to teach Luke the importance and practicality of agility in combat, ending up becoming a master of it himself.
Ahsoka was able to teach Luke hand to hand combat just in case he gets into a situation where he does not have his light-saber nor blaster. In addition, she taught Luke how to create a powerful protective force barrier in order to protect himself against dark side energies.
Finally, all three helped Luke master telekinetic feats and demonstrated and explained how they can be used in battle.
NOTE: Due to Luke's training not being rushed, like in Dagobah, we could say that after a year of training, Luke is even more powerful than he is than in Episode 6. But keep in mind, it was only anger that caused him to eventually defeat Vader. So we will see what will happen soon.
